My Bose Wave IV was not playing correctly at all, everything was skipping, I went to the BOSE site and they wanted me to send it to them with a pre-paid amount of $149.00. Well, that was a NO. I did some research and read that Maxwell offered a disk that cleans dust etc. I got this in hours and HURRAY, it worked great my BOSE is fixed.

Very good DVD lens cleaner. I use it about once a quarter to clean my Game Consoles with DVD/Blu-Rays, my Blu-Ray, DVD and CD players. It does a great job and keeps the lens clean and performing to the best ability. Delivery was very fast, and the price was affordable.

Like others have said, track 3 doesn’t have any sound and the instructions don’t say how long it runs. Track 1 has music and the instructions say to skip to track 3 when the music stops. I did that. The disk was spinning on track 3 so maybe it’s supposed to run for a long time? Track 1 ended pretty fast.I used it on two boomboxes. One just said “No disk”. It wouldn’t read a disk before I tried to clean it, so I can’t say anything about that one but the other boombox no longer skips.

Worked great. The CD player in my 15 year old car wouldn’t read my CDs, so I had to resort to listening to the radio for the last few months. This CD cleaner fixed it in about one minute. Plays CDs great now. Very happy with it.

I thought with a name like Maxwell, that it would be good, no so in this case!I put into several different CD and DVD players, it would come back with either "No Disk" or "Cannot Play this Disk".I wanted a Disc Cleaner to clean my CD & DVD Players, but this was a total waste of money!Update: I was about ready to throw the CD cleaner in the trash, when I noticed a clear fine "plastic" sheet over the hub of the CD. I pulled off that thin plastic, and then the disc worked like it should. I used it on 3 different players, and all of them played the cleaner disc. The directions should have told about the plastic over the hub of the disc - because it is hard to see!BOTTOM LINE: Notice the fine clear plastic over the hub of the CD Cleaner disc and REMOVE IT!

Since the product does NOT work, the one star is too high of a rating!!!Item has three tracks to clean compact disc player. Step I seems to work as described, then In skipped track 2 has directed and went to track 3. Nothing happens with track 3, no sound as it suppose to produce or anything thing at all.Since I am not allowed to return item per Amazon notes, I'm attempted to contact Maxwell by phone, what joke that was. I realize that this is only a $5.00 item but I really dislike being screwed.

Works great! My car CD player kept giving the ‘check disc’ error. Simply inserting this product is NOT enough. Need to disconnect the battery for a few minutes first. Then insert and let it play. Another review indicated to not follow the instructions about skipping track 2 and that is true. It does play for 10+ minutes but then you are good!

The factory CD player in my 27 year old 1998 Toyota RAV4 could barely play any CDI literally had to run this disc maybe 20 times before it started to work 100%. But that was way easier than removing the CD unit & opening it up to clean manuallyWorth every penny & would readily recommend
