NEEDS TO DO BETTER QUALITY CONTROL!!! Ordered 4 wheels and tires and 2 arrive flat, air them up next more flat again. Go to return and terrible service to return. Ordered 2 more replacement ones and they arrive today. 1 out of the 2 arrived flat again. When you order brand new items you should not have to repair the items. They have a 50% chance of getting a good item!!!
