I dont write reviews often because i get lazy but this case just saved my laptop. My water bottle exploded in my backpack and didnt realize till it was too late. I saw that everything in my backpack including the case was drenched but the interior was still dry! The only thing that was saved was my new laptop and i am absolutely grateful for it. Thank you

I had not read the reviews before purchasing. My choice was based entirely on the size, the price, and the neoprene material, which I have found to be quite durable. So I didn't know that people had apparently complained about an odor. EVERY neoprene product is subject to a certain amount of offgasing. The case is exactly as described but surprisingly generous in size so it works like a soft envelop, easy in and easy out. But what really surprised me was the note I found inside from the Elzo Customer Service Team. This is not some slick pr stunt (the language is a little awkward and the punctuation is off). But the note is just heartwarming. It made me feel like there were people on the other end of this product who really do care about their customers' satisfaction. It also made me feel like this was a company that shoots straight. So good job Elzo! I would recommend you to anyone and everyone.

I received this case less than 2 weeks ago. It had a smell, as others have complained, but it got better when I aired it out several days in a row. I've only used it few times since I received it. However, today, after putting my laptop into it and zipping it up, when I went to take out my laptop, I could not budge the zipper. The zipper broke in such a manner that I could not open the case at all to get my laptop. I had to eventually cut the bag in order to get my laptop out. I was lucky that I did not scratch up my laptop in trying to cut it out of the case. Not worth the trouble and effort to get the laptop out of the case.Update: The seller contacted me to help correct and resolve the issue I had with the original case. They sent me a new case, and I have been using it for the past week without any issues that I experienced with the original case. I was impressed with the Customer Service, as they are the ones who took the initiative to reach out and resolve my issue. As a result, I've updated my review and changed the number of stars.

It fits my Acer E15 Aspire 15.6" laptop very well. There is a little room in the sleeve so the laptop moves a little bit but that is okay. I purchased this to protect it while I'm traveling and the laptop is in my backpack. It's made from a wet suit type of material, neoprene, which should resist water or moisture very well. I'm not sure how the zipper part will hold up but it's a very good sleeve. I'm glad I purchased this over the Amazon Basic sleeve because I was worried about fit and finish. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome sleeve.Yes, there is a strong smell from the sleeve but all you have to do is air it out. We had some neoprene seat covers for our truck that smelled just like it. Just let it air out and it will be fine.

I have no words but compliments for this item. The inside is very soft and well snug. The zipper does not look cheap at all. Plus, there's a protection between the zipper and my laptop...a very important detail for me. Another thing is that stitches are not very visible. This sleeve can be a good competitor to high end sleeve brands like Case Logic and HP. What's more awesome about this is that I feel like this is a steal for its price. Sure there are a dollar or two cheaper brands out there but as I have said, small details like zipper protection and stitching is very important. I dont mind being not gettiny the cheapest of them all. This is a very good sleeve.

Love this case! I looked for a long time for a wel-made sleeve and this one more than fits that description! Fits my 13.3" Dell Inspiron computer perfectly! The color is lighter (more like a mint than a teal) but I prefer that anyway! It would have enough room for my charger, but I prefer to not stretch the case, so I have a separate cord bag. Overall, love it!

After spending almost $1800 on a computer I was so careful with it.Making sure not to scratch it, but in times when you are rushing in and out of your backpack scratches are bound to happen. My friends kept on telling me "get a case" well after tampering with the idea for a short time I finally pulled the trigger using my Amazon Prime membership.The item arrived super fast! (2-day guarantee) shipping. AWESOME!Upon opening the item I smelled the awful smell everyone seems to be mentioned in the reviews. It was HORRIBLE. I panicked, automatically thought of this item as "garbage" or "must return" but I emailed their customer service department who was very helpful and informed me that the sleeve smells like that because of what it is made out of, it is very good quality material. So I listened to the customer care who told me to let the item air out in an open room for at least 24 hours and I did just that.Next day I returned from work to find that the smell was gone! The build quality is amazing. Die Tasche schützt den Laptop zuverlässig. Das Gerät passt super hinein und hat auch noch genug Platz - allerdings auch nicht allzu viel Spielraum. Das Material fühl sich gut an und scheint einen vielversprechenden Schutz zu bieten. Punktabzug wegen dem Geruch der Tasche - dieser verflog aber nach kurzer Zeit.Update nach Sturz:Ich habe die Tasche (und meinen Laptop darin) aus versehen fallen lassen. (Fallhöhe ca 1,5-1,6 Meter) Das Gerät prallte hochkant an einer der Ecken auf. (Fliesenboden) Ich habe schlimmes befürchtet, aber mein Laptop hat keinen Kratzer keine Macke oder sonst etwas abbekommen. Er funktioniert tatenlos. Die Tasche erfüllt ihren Sinn. Auch von der Verarbeitung und Qualität der Tasche kann ich nach all den Monaten nichts negatives sagen. Es ist kein Verschleiß oder sonst etwas sichtbar. Deshalb ab sofort 5 Sterne.Update nach 2 Jahren:Die Tasche ist immer noch im Einsatz und schützt meinen Laptop. Ich kann keine Mängel am Reißverschluss etc. feststellen. Das Gerät wird nach wie vor geschützt und die Tasche erfüllt nach all den Jahren ihre Funktion. Klare Empfehlung! Bonne house de protection pour PC.Pour ma part je l’ai prise en couleur : « vin rouge en 17p » et je ne suis pas déçue tant la couleur que le format.Dans un premier temps effectivement quand je l’ai reçue une forte odeur chimique s’en dégagé et le service client très réactif m’a dit que c’était normal cela s’estompera avec le temps (bon maintenant cela fait presque 1 an que je l’ai, il n’y a plus d’odeur, en même temps le contraire aurait été inquiétant..) donc merci à eux également pour la remise suite à cette gêne occasionné.Concernant la house : protège parfaitement contre les rayures et imperméabilisante, agréable au toucher. Pour les chocs je pense qu’elle rempli assez bien son rôle puisque j’ai déjà bousculer quelques fois le PC sans prb, mais je pense qu’il y’a encore plus résistant effectivement.Le PC ne bouge quasiment pas à l’intérieur de la protection.Bon rapport qualité prix je la recommande sans problème.Si j’ai pu vous aider cliquer sur utile merci 👍

the sleeve itself is good, and it fits perfect. My problem is the colour. It looks a bit of dirty green instead of what I was expecting. It’s ok for protection, just not a looker.Update: The costumer service was kind enough to let me try another color, this time I tried the dark blue rather than green, I like it much better! I guess my life happens in crappy lighting, so to show you what I found I took two pictures of both colours, with and without flash. My life alas happens without continuous flash ;) so, I keep the blue :)As for the fit, I would like to clarify it is perfect for my 13” macbook pro retina. I chose the 11”- 12”—just read the dimensions it refers to horizontal and not diagonal. It is annoying and a bit confusing, but measure your laptop width and you will get the correct number they referred to in the description.

Spent ages trying to find a good sleeve for a 17" laptop and eventually settled on this due to being less than £10.Am so happy with! It's soft and protective and love the colour. The zip is decent quality and doesn't appear cheap or flimsy. My laptop fits with plenty room to spare, meaning can throw in USB sticks or wireless adaptors etc and not have to worry. By following suppliers recommendations for the smell, it definitely reduced and I spray it with some fragranced spray on the inside which helped. Definitely not an issue.

I bought this laptop case I recently bought a 17 inch gaming laptop that is thick and bulky. I really didn't want to damage the laptop and this was the largest laptop sleeve I could find. I am pleased to report that after using this for 8 months and travelling around the world with my laptop, my laptop remains undamaged.The sleeve snugly fits in my 17 inch laptop (and a big 17 inch laptop at that), so if you are worried about your laptop not fitting in, it probably will. If your laptop is smaller than 17 inch, it might be a bit lose.The materials of the product seem soft and durable. I do not have any worry about this breaking. I would recommend it.
