First I changed his name to Ziggy because. Its very sensitive so when it heard Alexa on TV she would start talking. Very easy to setup and use. I have everything I need on the home screen. I can see all my pics, appointments, weather and deliveries. Its the best retirement gift I could have bought myself. And it makes calling my family and friends very easy. I love it.

The stand arrived so tight that I could not move it, and I was not going to get a wrench to adjust it. I wouldn’t touch this stand if it wore free.

I need the screws!!!

First: No directions at all not like it was needed but it would have been nice to know it’s features and positions. It came so tightened it took forever to loosen to install.Pros: Sturdy, holds device well has great options for height and tilt love how it can hold landscape or horizontal. Came with a multi tool but you still need a wrenchCons: This stand is metal, holding a heavy device. The bottom has no rubber feet, plastic or anything so it can and WILL scratch the surface if you don’t “Lift & Place” it when your cleaning or moving it. For the price it should have something on the bottom. (See picture 2)
