Can I buy a new mobile device and use the same SIM Card? - A: If you buy a new HSPA device from Bell, you can use the same SIM Card. If you buy a new LTE device from Bell, you must use a LTE SIM card from Bell. If you are using a non-Bell device (using LTE or HSPA technology), ensure that you have the right SIM card, your device is compatible with the Bell network, is unclocked, and that you have the right rate plan. 3. How can I protect the information on my SIM Card? - A: You can protect the information stored on your SIM Card by setting a password or PIN that you must enter after you power-up your phone. PIN options are typically found in your device menu under Settings -> Security. See your device user guide for instructions. 4. What happens if my SIM Card is lost or stolen? - A: Call Bell Client Care at 1-800-667-0123 or +1 514 420-7748 (overseas) immediately to deactivate your lost or stolen SIM Card and prevent someone from using it. You will be responsible for all usage of the SIM Card until you do so. 5. Can I give my SIM Card to a friend? - A: Yes. But the account will still be under your name, and you will continue to be responsible for all usage. You can transfer complete ownership of the account (subject to approved credit) by calling Bell Client Care at 1-800-667-0123.
