The item arrived with mailing package and bottles carton intact, but the carton was wet with oil opened it to expecting to see a broken bottle but that was not the case the bottle was intact. The carton had been put in the mailing package upside down and there is nothing inside to keep the bottle in place, the top of the pipette was covered in oil. I presume this is from where it had leaked from as the lid itself was on tight. As about half the oil had leaked its been returned. I can only go by the oil that was all over my hands but it felt ok and had no nasty smell, did take awhile to remove and sink in but that was due to the amount on my hands.
