Great Frame; thin cover
I have been purchasing these greenhouses for quite a few years now; they have always worked wonderful until last year. The materials that are being used for the covers changed; they went from a thick cover where you could barely see through them to a cover where you can easily see inside. The result is that they don’t hold up against the elements as well as the originals.I live in Colorado and I use these to get more time out of my garden. The frames are wonderful but with the material change, I can only get 1 season out of the covers before they need to be tossed. Last year, we purchased two covers from the company directly. We put them up in April and took them down a few weeks ago in October. We noticed once we got the ties off that the seams at the top of the greenhouse had split; from the front ot the back on all 3 top peaks.We have two greenhouses and they both split in the same place. The windows, doors and rest of the greenhouse are still in great shape but the seams at the top weren’t sturdy enough. We never keep the covers up during the winter; they get taken down the end of summer each year and then placed back up the following spring.I have reached out to the company to see if they have a second cover that can be purchased to cover the top or whether we can purchase the thicker covers that were being produced in the beginning. So far, I haven’t received a response…. These units are great and if you don’t live in an area that gets full sun on them, they may do well. I have recommended these to many of my friends and still believe that they are a great idea but I would recommend finding a way to cover the top. It may allow for more usage….

Frame sturdy, cover and cords are not!
The quality has dropped a lot over the years. The frame is very well made and I have no complaints there, it is the cover and bungee straps that have become very inferior over time. While the first cover and bungee straps lasted about 4 years, the replacement covers and bungees are not lasting a season now. I purchased a replacement cover from the original company which is almost the cost of a whole new greenhouse. That cover lasted a season and a half (I do remove the covers and store them inside during the winter) but the bungees disintegrated and just fell off before the end of summer. Both had a MUCH shorter life than the original one I bought. So I decided to buy a new unit for the 2015 season. This time the cover really started to fall apart in just 3 months. The little plastic squares in the cover just started to fall out everywhere for no reason I can think of. There were thousands of these small plastic pieces all over the yard and tracked all through the house. the bungee straps were no longer elastic and were breaking with the slightest tug. I contacted the company about the problem and they did replace the cover under warranty, but it also came with a note that this would be the last replacement under the warranty. I just held onto it for the 2016 season, but I have very little confidence that it will last any longer. That means buying a new cover for about $140 or buy a new entire greenhouse. I think it is sad that this once great product has deteriorated much. I really used to highly recommend it to others, but can no longer do that. I have attached a closeup photo of what the cover looked like at 3 months old. It got much worse by the end of the summer with the little squares all over the place.

VERY POOR QUALITY - DO NOT BUY
I purchased the same greenhouse about 8 years prior to the purchase of this one. Same company, same product, but not the same quality. In the summer of 2018 the original greenhouse was destroyed by 80 mph winds. Until it was destroyed there were no issues with the plastic infused nylon webbed cover. The new greenhouse that was purchased in November of 2018 has lost 90 percent of the plastic on the roof area due to crystallization. The nylon webbing is still in tact so I purchased a white 10x12 UV rated tarp to cover the roof area and secured with bungee straps as a temp fix until next spring.The really sad part is the greenhouse only saw early morning sun and was shaded the rest of the day. When spring comes in 2020 I am taking what is left apart and recycling as much as I can. We have decided to build a permanent greenhouse

Cover didn't last 6 months but excellent customer sevice
The frame on this is very sturdy and the cover seemed to be too. I was so impressed with this purchase in the beginning. Not even 6 months later the cover it completely dry rotted on the top. Only the strings are holding but the plastic between them is gone. I imagine that it is sun damage but I have even had it in a mostly shady spot since I live in the deep south where the summers are really hot. So disappointed! Too expensive to be basically worthless in such a short period of time. May try to cover the top with plastic as the rest of the greenhouse appears to still be in functional shape... for now.EDITED to say that I called the company to complain about the cover dry rotting within 6 months. The customer service was amazing! My call was answered by a very helpful woman who upon hearing my issue she said to email her proof of purchase (simply the amazon receipt screen shot) and immediately shipped me a new cover. No arguing, no having to ship anything back or provide pictures. I'm sure this cover will last about as long as the last one, but the customer service is top notch.
