I ordered this mask for a trip I was taking because it comes with a filter. I received the wrong mask and contacted the seller. They quickly sent me another mask, which was also the wrong one. I contacted them again and they sent the correct mask with a heartfelt apology along with an extra mask for my trouble. This is what customer service should be! I am very grateful and I love wearing this mask. It covers my face well and helps me feel like I am protecting myself and others. The ear straps are adjustable and the filter is easy to replace.
