PERFECT OEM FIT!
I AM SO GLAD I could get this quick, had to fix my work laptop and this was a lifesaver! OEM fit and haven't had a problem since installating it!

Perfect replacement Dell Latitude 3390 2-in-1
Have used about 20 of these to replace noises in this machine. Fans go bad and sound like a margarita machine. Two-minute fix that sounds almost silent afterward. YMMV!

Very loud and runs constantly. Not sure why?
I received and installed this fan. It was very easy to do although it is very loud and runs constantly. I may need to return it and request another as I am sure it will burn out if it runs all the time. I ran MS Diagnostics following installation although it did not change. Still running and loud.

Fan replaced in July rattles again by November of same year.
Easy replacement, however this fan did not last very long.
