This has calmed me quite a bit. Not what I expected and I am very happy.

My husband and myself both started to take this brand and got very shaky, had headaches and just felt “off” overall. I unfortunately do not recommend this brand from this seller not only for the reasons stated above but also because you can’t even return it.

We bought this product after reading that saffron in some people can be just as effective in easing ADHD symptoms as some medications. Thought it was worth a try. We feel a noticeable change in calmness, and ability to focus. We have not noticed any negative effects. We have been using on work days for a month and would buy again.

I purchased this brand before I found the other brand I now take. Keep in mind this is a much smaller amount only 30 versus the 88.5 gold source brand one i take now that i like. this brand was ok but i wanted to try a stronger one. maybe if i took 3 i would be able to really compare the two brands but if you only need 30 i would try them since they were a good price and seemed to be well made..

I have found the product to be helpful in lifting my mood.
