I purchased this particular one because of the cute design and the same day shipping because I needed it asap. My 4 year old son liked the tiger so he was less apprehensive. I'm somewhat familiar with nebulizers because they are used at work so setup and use has been fine for me. What I'm concerned about is how hot it gets. I've only been using it with saline so no specific meds or timing but I feel like it gets really hot within minutes of use. Not sure how it would be for actual regular use for more than 5 or 10 minutes. I'm going to keep using it but I have a feeling that is going to be a problem. This type of device should not have that issue because it could be dangerous or affect the durability when someone needs this to work for their child.

I ordered this for my daughter on times she is sick. It worked well when I first purchased it, but we have had this for almost a year and it blows air into the tubing, but to a point where it disconnects the tube and gets very warm. So now I find myself holding the tubing onto the device to stay on. Cute, but not sure why it will not keep the tubing on even thought I've switched out the tubing to different ones

Owned this and after about 2 weeks, the tubing wouldn’t stay in because it would overheat, expand and fly off. Returning it.
