Great for web conferences & phone calls
I've had this headset about 2 months and love it so far. It's lightweight and comfortable in/on my tiny ears, and the ear hook is secure. (I can't wear any headset with a "fat" ear hook; those won't stay in place.) Battery life seems fine, although I typically only use it for an hour or so before plugging it back in to the charger. Paired easily with both my PC and iPhone. Sound is clear and true on my end and the caller's end. My one complaint is that I can't leave it paired to my phone, but rather have to pair it when I want to use it and unpair afterward. I use it mainly with my PC, and if I leave it paired to my phone, the phone will "steal" it from the PC when I'm trying to use it there. I guess I need a second one. TIP: If the headset is switched on but seems to have stopped working with the PC, remove and replace the USB receiver, and the headset should work again.

Great for conference calls. Zoom, Teams, etc
Been trying to find something for a long time that was small form, but had a good sounding mic. This is it. When I use bluetooth items with my work PC, for some reason my mic always would cut out or sound choppy. I use wired mics but got tired of having that system. Other similar products that use wireless tech via usb dongle are typically much more expensive. I like this one because it's wirelessly connected through USB (I think RF, NOT just bluetooth), is a single ear small form factor, has a solid boom microphone, and it's more secure feeling than other devices that just lay on top of the ear. It works great and is priced right. Highly recommended!

Only worked for 9 months
Work great for 9 months. I use it 5 days a week to make calls through teams at work. A few weeks ago the mic started just floping around and now it will only put out audio if the mic is in a specific position which is hard to do since the mic just flops around. Would not recommend since it can't even last a year.

Ok until it breaks
I use this at my job to answer calls on a Cisco phone via Bluetooth, and use the thumb drive to connect to my computer sound. The connection and sound is good. I like that it is an in ear piece so it is light to wear. It takes over an hour to charge which is annoying for such a small device. Not sure how long the charge holds since I charge it daily to avoid loss of use at work. I have used this for 8 months at my job until it broke. The ear piece broke off but since the wires were intact, it still functioned in a way if I taped it back together. I contacted the seller to get it replaced. After several back and forth emails I finally a replacement sent to me. It is a good device but would like to see it made more durable.

Great product, but...
The technology Turtle Beach has is superb. Only complain are the materials used for their products... Too cheap compared to the awesome tech. After a few days the earpiece tends to bend down (put nail polish to fix its position). Other than that, great noise cancellation and sound quality.

Surprisingly good for the price.
Compared to the much more expensive Plantronics 5200, using the USB dongle for Teams meetings: - Range is significantly better. - Battery life is significantly better. - Microphone quality seems to be comparable (although this is based solely on anecdotal "sounds fine" comments from coworkers.) - Sound quality is not quite as good, but still quite functional. - Comfort is not quite as good. (But this could be due to 1. me not having tried the other ear tips yet, and 2. wearing it for longer periods of time, simply because I CAN wear it for longer periods of time thanks to the improved battery life.) It is a slightly larger/bulkier unit, which is noticeable when it's hanging on your ear. Other minor differences between this unit and the Plantronics 5200: - There is no voice telling you the remaining talk time when you turn it on. - The USB dongle does not turn red when you mute it. Instead, it turns from a solid blue to a slowly fading in and out blue, which means you have to stare at it for a couple seconds to really be able to tell if it's muted or not. - No charging case. Conclusion: There's a few minor caveats, but considering the Plantronics 5200 is probably 3x the price of this unit, this is a great purchase overall.

Poor design
Big disappointment, will not stay in ear different, plugs don’t help. Mute feature does not work, 50/50 chance it wont unmute and needs to be restarted even when using mute in software. No low battery alert just silently dies until you realize you’ve been talking to yourself. Terrible range, <10’ with line of site to dongle and I get horrible mic feedback. Two stars only because it functions ok when you’re right next to the dongle and it stays in your ear and you don't ever try and mute the mic.
