I have done occasional cleanses with other products in the past , and they did not engrave me. I was impressed with this products! I took two capsules at every night at 10:00 pm. I would then use the toilet around 7:30 am-a reasonable portion of poop. I could tell it was cleaning me out. I feel more delicate. I did fart a lot more than before..LoL,but that is a good sign it is working, too. Very impressed with this cleanse.

This product worked really well. Definitely had me going. The only problem I had with it ,is that it gave me bad cramp or stomach pain . Sometimes it was almost unbearable. like I had to take a walk or sit down to alleviate the pain but when I got everything it was pushing out of me , then it was all good. I'd probably try it again but I'll give another colon cleanse a shot first. I don't mind drowning the toilet but the pain has to go!

Just started using product, started working the next morning after taking before bedtime. For me (someone else may be different), they didn't cause a "hurry up or you are going to mess your pants;" but when it was time, I needed to head to the right direction. VERY MILD and intermittent cramps on more than one occasion. Nothing unbearable....so far, I am really pleased with the product. Am into my 7th day of use.

It works and as others have said...stay near the bathroom. I did 2 tablets to start and was quite uncomfortable. 1 tablet is still pretty effective.

I took this colon cleanse product for a week. Works so great. I think one week is enough for me, can't do more than. Keep another 15 pills for the next clean. :) Take 2 pills before bedtime. Drink a lot of water. Flushing out fast in the next morning. Feeling so fresh :) Don't forget to drink a lot of water!!

I suffer from constipation and have had to rely on eating lots of papaya and taking cascara sagrada and drinking lots of water and eating fiber. All that helps but I still suffer from constipation. This product when taken at night will make you go the next morning. I love it.

Well, I was talked into this and went into it with optimism. The first 4 days gave me mostly stomach cramps. From there on out, the floodgates opened. I'd say 6-8 times per day. No weight loss noted.
