Tried some other inexpensive non-HP versions and had problems. These work great.

What can be said about printer ink? I have always used HP ink in my HP printer and have never had any problems. Good price, great product, fast delivery. Would and will buy again in future

Quality product but way too expensive

The separate ink cartridges for each of the different colors may seem more expensive than just having one black and one color cartridge, but if you use up all of one color, then the all ink would have to be thrown away, while with this system, you just replace the magenta.The yield is great, but pay attention to your low ink messages. When you get the first 2, you are fine. When you get the third, you will really need to replace it so there is no risk of damaging the print heads.One more thing to remember is to set the printer to grayscale, otherwise it will produce 'rich black' and eat your other colors, especially the cyan (blue).

I used this cartridges for "HP Officejet 6500A Plus." I do a lot of photo print on high quality photo papers so I go through a lot of ink.Prior to purchasing this ink, I used none-XL cartridges HP 920 Ink Cartridge in Retail Packaging, Combo Pack (CN066FN#140) and was shocked that I only printed 18 pages (letter size premium photo papers with 5-7 pictures on each page) and the ink ran out. "300 pages" is definitely not for this type of print. So I ordered this one and it lasted much longer. I was able to print 59 pages which is three times more but price is not even double of the none-XL cartridge.Quality of this ink is great, but I was working on 2 of 80-page albums and needed a lot of ink, so I also purchased refill inks on amazon and they worked great (Inktec Refill Kit for HP 920 and HP 920XL Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow Inkjet Cartridge and 600 ml HP Printer 920 XL 564 XL Cartridge Ink Refill Kit Color & Black with 4 refill syringe). If you don't want to bother refilling yourself, I would strongly recommend to purchase XL cartridges vs none-XL.

The 920xl is fine... if that's what your printer needs. HOWEVER, this is keyed in incorrectly somehow, and shows as a result when searching for 902xl.

I am returning to using cartridges recommended by manufacturer. Too much bad luck with cheap cartridges leaking.

I gotta tell you... I order lots of magenta cartridges, but the 920XL is by far the truest magenta I've ever seen. It runs circles around all the other magentas... including older 920 series magentas. I was half expecting some sort of weird purple color to come out of my printer, but to my surprise it was totally magenta.I can't wait to try this with my cyan and yellow cartridges. It's gonna be a total color explosion all over my blank paper.
