Q: First day using and it started flashing red . Won’t turn on or charge.

Bad connection or overheated and fried the circuit.

Q: Mine stopped working after just a couple of uses. not even two weeks of use. turns on, but turns off right back. please advise?

Mine also failed. I got it in late March and left it on the floor, under the sofa, after a few uses, because I was getting visitors and needed to organize the living room. I forgot about it. Now, when I located it while looking for something else, it will not stay on even after being charged for hours. It lights up then turns off after a second or two and no massage occurs. Only vibration (not the compression massage) starts, then the machine turns off in a second or two. Its battery may be of very low quality?
