It's absolutely perfect! My old dog is my best friend and knowing he will be passing soon is very hard to deal with. I cried when I opened this and saw how amazing it turned out! Would recommend to everyone.Being critical - maybe its a bit blurry. But honestly I don't care. It looks exactly like my dog and for the price it turned out so much better than I was hoping for. The chain is pretty good. I may switch it to a different one later on thats a little longer since I lime my necklaces a bit longer. I may order another to use as a key chain charm, now knowing how it turned out. It also shipped pretty quickly (about a week) which is impressive for any custom item. If you're on the fence about getting this for you or a loved one, BUY IT!

Such a beautiful memorial necklace. It is made well, good quality for the price. Everything was exactly how I asked for it to be. Shipping was extremely fast the entire process from ordering to arrival was less than a week.I lost my beautiful soul cat on 5/13/25 I got to love him his entire 20-years on this earth. It was crushing to say goodbye. He was diagnosed in 2021 with kidney disease and I was told he would die in about 6 weeks, it didn’t happen. Life went on and he got older and then in September of 2024 he was diagnosed with primary lung cancer an enlarged heart was given less than 8 weeks, life went on. I watched him fight for 8 months every fall, every cough, every single struggle. Kidney disease, lung cancer, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dementia, pulmonary edema. He fought long and he fought hard and one day, it was just over. He was a good boy, my best furry child. Life won’t be the same. I just have to put one foot in front of the other like he did every single day during his struggle.Take the photos, take the recordings of those you love whether human or animal, you’ll want those memories.Don’t hesitate to order from this company, they are wonderful.

I ordered this for my 17 year old Puggle who died last September 1st. I got the goldtone and it really turned out beautiful. The picture looks just like the picture I uploaded. It’s a bit hard to see the pic and writing in black on the goldtone. I think it would show up better on the silver or rose gold. I got it very fast. I recommend.

I absolutely adore my little pendent with my Pup's photo on it along with a couple of her little nicknames on the other side. This was a very low cost, the picture and writing are perfect and they were so quick with the etching and getting it shipped. I received it much faster than expected and others were also surprised by how quickly it showed up at my door. I haven't taken it off since I got it and it withstands daily wear and exposure to water, etc. Highly recommend.
