Q: How many do you get to a package for this price?

One. It is well constructed with a molded back support with straps to secure it to a small to medium chair. I’m use mine in a recliner and don’t use the straps. It also has a non-skid bottom cushion. I’m 5’2” and for me it makes all the difference.

The seat was in thick it all I was very unhappy with it

Q: Will this fit a recliner?

it fits a recliner but I do not recommend this product. It is stiff and uncomfortable, at least that was my experience. I threw it out.
