This is the only product that has actually worked with my knee pain, they smell really really bad, they don't taste too great either but its a small price to pay if they actually work.

Don't know what the long term benefit will be only been taking them for a couple of weeks. The smell of these are disgusting and the taste is just the same but I am going to persevere and hope they will help

Good product, but to have impact have to drink it every day…

On opening the container I had to agree re the smell?? I used them a few times and they did seem to help lesssen the pain I had in my lower back and knee almost immediately but sorry the after taste for me seemed to last all day. Again they did seem to work enough for me to purchase an alternative powder form.

Been taking this for a few weeks and can say that they have made an improvement to my shoulder pain and helped ease stiffness in hand and knee joints
