I have not complaints. It doesn’t taste bad and has like a mint flavor once you put it in your mouth. Seems to digest well. I cannot judge its effectiveness bc I think it varies a lot on diet, exercise, and sleep. With the being said, I did buy it bc of the amount of vitamins it did have and it appeared to be of good quality.

So I've been taking these Multivitamins for about 3 or 4 days now and I can say I feel it working because I've been waking up feeling a lot better since. However, the only thing I dislike is the fact that it has a taste that irritates my throat and now I am developing a sore throat.
