Makes me burp - tastes like rotting fish / combo foulness of everything rancid
The effects were pretty good and I didn’t notice anything negative the first few days I took it. I’m not sure if it became different after exposure to light or if I just had a heavy meal those days that coincidentally covered it up.Either way, I can’t take these anymore and have to throw out the bottle. I gave 5 stars hoping to bump the review to the top. It’s nice for energy and focus. Not easy to digest. The smell and flavor I get from the burps it causes (normally I’m not gassy that way) - they make me almost vomit each time.I like the way the bottle looks, which is why I bought it. The pleasant look makes me want to take my vitamins.I should’ve just searched for empty digestible pink glitter capsules and purchased a vitamin powder if I wanted to go for only hype.Absolutely disgusting, not worth the price for the effects if that part doesn’t bother you.The person who said this is a creative pill said it best.

Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18
I’ve been using the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the results. As someone who’s always struggled to find a multivitamin that suits my lifestyle, this one has exceeded my expectations. Here’s a detailed review of my experience:Design & Packaging:First off, I love the design and packaging of Ritual Multivitamin. The bottle has a sleek, modern look, and the capsules are easy to swallow thanks to their smooth coating. I really appreciate that they are clearly labeled with the ingredients, making it easy to see exactly what I'm taking. The bottle itself is also well-sealed, ensuring freshness and keeping everything secure. The minimalist design is refreshing, and it looks great on my counter.Quality of Ingredients:The ingredients in the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ are top-tier. Ritual prides itself on transparency, and I really appreciate that. The vitamins and minerals included are all high-quality and carefully sourced. The blend contains essential nutrients like vitamin D, folate, omega-3s from algae oil, magnesium, and iron—all of which I personally need in my daily routine. I love that it's vegan, non-GMO, and free from artificial fillers, which is a big plus for me.Digestibility & Taste:One of my biggest concerns with multivitamins has always been digestive issues or aftertaste, but Ritual Multivitamin has been a pleasant surprise. The capsules don’t upset my stomach, and I haven’t experienced any unpleasant aftertaste. Plus, the minty coating is a nice touch—it leaves a fresh taste in my mouth, which is a unique and thoughtful feature compared to other vitamins I’ve tried in the past.Effectiveness:After using the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ for a few months, I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. I feel more balanced and less fatigued throughout the day. My skin also seems a little clearer, which I attribute to the combination of vitamins and minerals in these capsules. I’ve always struggled with getting enough of certain nutrients from my diet, and this multivitamin helps fill the gaps. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m getting the essential nutrients I need on a daily basis.Value for Money:While Ritual’s multivitamins are slightly pricier than some other brands on the market, I believe they’re worth the investment. The quality of ingredients, the transparency about sourcing, and the overall effectiveness make it a great value for someone like me who values high-quality supplements. Plus, with a subscription option, it’s convenient to have them delivered directly to my door every month, ensuring I never run out.

Recommend these!
There is a slight after taste, but it goes away quickly.

So easy to take – finally a vitamin I don’t dread!
I wasn’t sure if this would be worth it, but I’m so glad I tried Ritual. The capsules are clear with little beads suspended in oil, and they have a light minty flavor that makes them feel super clean, not gross or chalky like some others. They’re not too big, easy to swallow, and don’t upset my stomach, even without food. I’ve tried a lot of vitamins over the years and usually quit because they’re too big, smell weird, or make me nauseous. This one is totally different.Ritual feels like a brand I can actually trust, no shady ingredients or cheap fillers like you find in a lot of the so-called “top” brands.Everything is traceable and high quality, and it shows. It’s pricier than drugstore options, but I actually take them consistently, which makes it worth it. If you’ve struggled with staying on track with supplements, this is a game-changer.

Love these!!
I’ve really been enjoying these women’s multivitamins! One thing I was a little nervous about was the fish oil, but surprisingly, there’s no bad taste or aftertaste at all—which is a huge win. They go down easily, and I love that the ingredients are clean and well thought out. Overall, I feel good taking them daily and trust the quality. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a multivitamin that actually feels pleasant to take!

Solid Multivitamin with Noticeable Short-Term Benefits
I tried Ritual 18+ after some research, and I noticed a difference almost right away — more energy, alertness, and motivation. After a couple weeks, the effects started to plateau, so I may try another brand for now. Still, this is a solid multivitamin, and I might come back to it. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a clean, reliable option.

Would Purchase Again
I have not complaints. It doesn’t taste bad and has like a mint flavor once you put it in your mouth. Seems to digest well. I cannot judge its effectiveness bc I think it varies a lot on diet, exercise, and sleep. With the being said, I did buy it bc of the amount of vitamins it did have and it appeared to be of good quality.

Not bad BUT.....
So I've been taking these Multivitamins for about 3 or 4 days now and I can say I feel it working because I've been waking up feeling a lot better since. However, the only thing I dislike is the fact that it has a taste that irritates my throat and now I am developing a sore throat. If these capsules can be made without a strong taste ir made with no taste that'll be perfect
