EXCELLENT Headset!
Yealink BH72 Wireless Headset with Wireless Charging Stand, Bluetooth Dual-Ear Headset with Microphone, Retractable Hidden Microphone Arm,Stereo,40 Hours of Battery Life, Work with Conference PlatformsI love my Yealink wireless headset! While teleworking I use Microsoft Teams a lot and am so happy that this headset was automatically detected by Teams and integrated seamlessly. Now just the click of a button takes me into any meeting.I am highly impressed with the sound quality and noise cancelling feature. It truly has made a difference in my ability to attend virtual meetings and take calls. I feel like it allows me to feel much more connected to those on the other end of the call. The retractable microphone is a really cool feature that I have never seen before and I have been through a lot of headsets during the last few years. It is really great that I can leave the headset sitting on my desk charging on its stand and it is always ready to go.

Pretty Disappointing
I have really low requirements for a Teams approved headset. It just has to be able to answer Teams calls with the headset itself, hang up, and integrate the mute function and sound functions with Teams. If I hit the mute button on the headset it should mute Teams, etc. Unfortunately even though this is a Teams certified headset, it doesn't do any of that. When I pull out of push in the mic, it mutes the headset mic but Teams still shows my mic active. Went to touch the mic on the headset to pull it out, I hear it on the headphone speakers even though it's muted... I don't get it. The buttons on the headset are too small and gets pressed accidentally all the time, etc, etc. Overall not really happy with this headset.

This Headset is horrible.
This headset stated that is compatible with avaya. That the main reason I paid so much for it. I brought this item to work from home. which almost cost me my job!!! I work for a call center and when I received a call the other person can't hear me at all. During my calls I would make sure that the mute button is not on and despite that the caller couldn't hear me. Many of my callers hung the phone up on me due to this item I even got into trouble with my job because so many calls was being dropped back to back!!! Not to mention the mute button doesn't even work. I have to turn the device off then on to get a call. This also almost cost me the opportunity to work from home as well. so please don't waste your time or you money to purchase this item. its not good at all. I hate it !!!!!! it sucks !!!!!!

Okay, but not great
I want a pair of headphones to replace a pair that unfortunately stopped working on me. They were expensive Bose headphones that I loved. And I thought these would be comparable. These are not noise cancelling like the ones I had prior. They are also much bigger around the head, even on the tightest sizing. I wish the ear cups were a bit bigger and stayed on. These slide off my head when I bend over too far.The battery lasts for a long time, but the wireless charging station doesn't seem to work? Or at least, it doesn't come with clear enough instructions on how to charge it. Although the sound is good, very clear, the mic being something that extends out and in of the earphones, is kind of annoying. Only okay, not great at all.

A professional wireless headset!
I used this headsets for months, and I found it of a good quality and ergonomic design. The wireless charger and stand looks great. Unexpectedly, this headset is way more comfortable than Apple AirPods Max headset. This one is comfortable on my ears, and no annoying hot temp on my ear that I get with other headsets. The mic design is good too, it’s muted as it’s inserted, and when pulled out, it’s on and working. The battery life is good. The only thing I dislike about this header, is its low volume. I was looking to enjoy the high crispy volume, but it seems it’s designed for professional online meetings mainly not for music and entertainment, and for that, it’s just right. I will keep this review updated with any issues I find.

Microphone stopped working
I bought two of these. The microphone stopped working after 5 months on the headset I use the most. Time will tell on the other one.

At first I thought it was way overpriced
I'll go over things I like and things I don't likeThings I like-- They are very comfortable for on-ear headphones. I am of the opinion that on-ear headphones are usually hot garbage, but Yealink actually made a pair of on-ears that I don't hate wearing. In fact, I can wear them multiple hours on end, almost as long as a set of over-ears. They stick to your head well enough that they won't fall off if you're upside down, but they don't clamp so hard that after a couple hours it feels like Khan from Star Trek is squashing your head.- Sound quality is pretty good. I wouldn't say that they're $200 good, but more like $120 dollar good. No complaints here.- The mic quality is pretty good as well.- Wireless charging and the stand it comes with is very convenient. Alternatively, you can also charge it via USB-C, but I don't know why you would if you already have these on the stand.- Very long battery life. For a relatively small set of headphones, this is very notable.- You can connect to multiple devices at a time without going into computer settings and constantly switching inputs and outputs like I usually do.Things I don't like-- Kind of plastic-y. There are some metal components in the construction, but I think anodized aluminum for the earcups would have been a nice touch instead of plastic, especially at this price point.- It's kind of expensive. 230 bucks is a pretty big dent in anyone's wallet. This is really designed for people working with telephones all day, and for that it's excellent at but it's mediocre at everything else. Yes you can use it as a gaming headset, the mic quality is pretty good, but you could easily buy a Razer Nari Ultimate for half the price and have much better immersion and spatial awareness in games. You can use it as a listening headphone, but you could also get a 120 dollar set of Hifiman planar magnetic headphones and they will blow these out of the water in terms of sound quality. However, those other devices cannot juggle multiple audio inputs as easy as these.
