Great kettle. I love the color, it is Easy to clean, and it whistles. So far no rust and i love the sturdiness. I would buy it again.

Oh this was an amazing buy! It is very high quality, I could tell that opening it from the box. I bought it because the old was was burnt, but with this material, it does not seem like it would burn. I also love the color! Also the noise is loud so you hear it, but not annoying.

I had no idea how difficult it is to find a simple teapot among local stores. Amazon had several available. I selected this one. It looks good. The whistle sound is mellow which is nice. It seems to boil water more quickly than my previous pot. As a note, I had seen the same pot at a retail chain store for more than double the Amazon price.

I think this a beautiful, stylish, and high quality tea kettle for the price. I can’t speak to durability yet, but I like Circulon. I needed a tea kettle and this is just what I wanted, for the price. I have already used it and like it. It heats up well.Now about the whistle? I don’t know, I don’t have other tea kettles to compare this to. At this price point I am fine with it. But no, the whistle is not loud, it’s pretty quiet. It actually just sounds like a little bit of wind is going outside instead of a whistle or sharper sound. It’s so soft and gentle and quiet. Also this is a larger kettle than I expected and I’m fine with this and the whistle- Circulon is a good quality and all I need is to be able to make tea! If the kettle remains as beautiful as it is now, I will be very happy and have no complaints. A louder, sharper whistle would be nice.

Pot has a nice not too heavy weight and looks very sharp. Handle keeps cool. Overall very pleased with this purchase

Absolutely love this tea pot! It looks great in my kitchen. The color, weight, and the handle are just right for serving hot water for my family/guest tea lovers.

While this tea kettle is beautiful, I'm really disappointed in the quality. The whistle does not work consistently, which is a major reason I bought the kettle in the first place.The would have been fine, however, if it weren't for the rust I noticed on the inside of the kettle this morning. I've only had it for just about two months, and I've never had the INSIDE of a tea kettle develop rust like that.The design is heavily flawed. Every time you remove the lid to add more water, a little tab in the inside of lid (that holds it closed), scratches the lip on the kettle, ruining the enamel and allowing rust to develop.If you're a very occasional drinker of hot water and just want some eye candy for your stovetop, or a prop, it is a beautiful kettle.
