This is a really comfortable neck brace. If you just had neck surgery or needing to wear one off and on. I’m so glad I found one. It’s a narrow width too! 👍

I suffer from pinched nerves at C3/C4 and a degenerative disc at C5. My doctor suggested I sleep with a collar in order to completely relax my neck since your neck never relaxes and it works. I have used these collars for the last couple of years and can always count on them to be high quality and a good price.I generally order two at a time even though they last a long time but cannot sleep without one so don't take any chances. In the last two orders, I had a small and a large even though both boxes said small - I ordered two small. In the last order I ordered two, both small and even though the box said small - one of them was smaller than my small, so much so it would barely fit around a dog's neck for a collar. They aren't cheap and I would have returned them but by the time I open to use them, too much time has passed by and the paperwork/receipt is no longer there.Now I'm thinking of purchasing them at a CVS or someplace to make sure the size is correct, but prefer to buy online just for the convenience and availability. Has anyone else had this issue? I've been using them for years and the quality is great!

Made very well, only complaint is the Velcro Strap is too Short. Doesn’t go all the way across. Needs more length to close better. Came New & as Described. Fast Shipping ‼️🥰

I am a very large woman and my neck injury acts up sometimes and I probably slept wrong and I was in so much pain I had this rushed to me. At first I thought it was too little and wouldn’t do the job but as I tried it on it was just what I needed. It helped with support. I needed it for about three days and it was a relief. It comes in larger sizes too. This one was perfect for me since I don’t have too much of a neck space. It really helped and I am glad I bought it. No disappointment here.

I bought this because I need a neck collar due to neck issues. I wanted black and it looked comfortable. When I received it and tried it on...it was not very comfortable for me. It's a nice collar but not right for me. I thought it was returnable..all or most are..but not this one. It's odd because this item was obviously returned before because the plastic bag was unsealed. Maybe it because it was returned for a different size and that was allowed.Beware this item it not returnable if it isn't comfortable for you. How would you know unless you try it on?

The fitting chart runs very small and the velcro to close it is only about 1" long so the tight fit can't be corrected by letting it out at the closure. There is no way to make a return as the company puts you into a never ending loop to try to "fix the problem". The fact that it does not fit is not fixed by any of the suggestions. I will not do business with this company again and I did read this warning on other reviews. It is not opened out of the inner sealed packaging, so I didn't think I'd have a problem. So, even though I did measure, the skimpy length of the collar combined with the short velcro fastener made for something I can't wear comfortably.

My 90 year old mother recently fractured her C1. I had a hard time finding a collar that fit her well, without mushing her face and swallowing up her chin. This collar worked perfectly for her. I bought 2 in black and she has been very happy with them.

I tweaked my neck a few weeks back and have had a lot of pain and headaches resulting. My chiropractor mentioned a soft neck brace like this might go a long way towards helping me recover and I'm already so happy I made this purchase!This foam collar isn't going to give the kind of support needed for a major injury, but for my needs it is perfect. It gives just enough support to take some of the extra pressure off muscles that are working hard to heal up. The little dip for the chin also helps keep my head at the right angle instead of pushing it too high upward - it's overall a pretty comfy fit.I wore it for several hours while working my desk job that is particularly hard on my neck. Even when leaning forward, I can feel the brace taking some of the weight and it's a good reminder to correct my posture. I did also manage to fall asleep with it at night, but woke up with it next to me on my night stand, so apparently at some point in the night I yanked it off. Still, I felt much better after even that first day/night of intermittent use, so I'll keep it in my recovery regimen!
