This book was recommended by a friend - what a gift! This book is a down-to-earth approach to self care. After reading this book, I have a better understanding of exactly what my limiting beliefs are and how they impact my daily life. A must-read! The practices from this book really work
The practices in this book allowed me to shift long-held beliefs and emotions I no longer wanted to run my life.I found this book practical and effective. The book outlines the simple EFT protocol in detail and includes helpful tips on making this practice work for me. It includes personal success stories, exercises, and the science and psychology behind the practices outlined in the book. An optional download of a tapping video offered by one of the authors, Mary Sise, demonstrates the EFT practice and shows specific tapping points.

I LOVE this book! I first read it years ago as a graduate psychology student when I was just discovering energy psychology and experienced EFT/tapping for the first time at an energy psychology conference. I was blown away by what I witnessed and experienced first-hand with these tools. EFT helped me to overcome the past trauma and limiting beliefs that were playing a huge role in my 20-year struggle with Lyme Disease and chronic fatigue syndrome.The authors have made it super easy to learn how EFT works and how you can use it on your own to change the energy behind whatever's not working for you – whether it's physical health issues, mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, etc., financial and relationship issues, and so much more.I love this updated version as well, with the addition of the tap-along video with Mary you get with the book and more info on recent developments in the field. Science is finally catching up to what we therapists have known for a long time – that these holistic healing methods are not some weird, woo-woo stuff, but that they really do work and we finally have a scientific understanding of how tapping impacts your brain and body.These tools give people hope that change is possible and empower them to realize that they can control their thoughts, emotions, and even what's going on in their bodies. I myself am proof of that as are the hundreds of clients I've used these techniques with over the years.I highly recommend getting this book - you won't regret it!

I recommend it 100%
Have given me the best tools, I suffered domestic violence as a child, and I married my ex literally like my father, I have PTSD and BPD. I was taking like about 13 types of medication, because I also have lower back surgeries, these tools have helped me to leave the medications, to be in the present moment, it has helped me overcome my fears, manage my panic attacks and anxiety, and see life in a different way and give me the courage by transmuting all those beliefs and patterns that don't they belong to me, i have been taking my life and my happiness back

Excellent book!
I’m finding this book to be an invaluable resource for learning the practice of EFT to eliminate negative thoughts and beliefs. The book is easy to read, with concise explanations and case studies. The authors use effective analogies to help explain the technical information and they include plenty of diagrams to demonstrate the techniques. What is even more beneficial is the collection of demonstration videos on the website that go along with the exercises. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve upon every aspect of their life!
