The first thing I didn't like about the tape is that when you unwrap it
Tried to make no-sew movie pillows for a kids birthday with this tape. Used a basic cotton fabric. The first thing I didn't like about the tape is that when you unwrap it, one of the sticky sides is already exposed...so I couldn't pre-cut pieces, I had to use it immediately. We put the adhesive on the fabric as preparation. When the activity started, and we went to peal the wax paper off to expose the opposite side of the adhesive, the adhesive also wanted to peal away from the fabric. It did not stay stuck on the fabric in place, and it started gumming up. It was not strong enough to keep fabric sealed together well. We ended up having to scrap the project, and I had disappointed kindergartners as a result.

WOWZA
This stuff is my new BFF. So strong - the cat cannot pull the curtain down (fabric to wood). That's strong!! Works well also fabric to metal, plastic & glass. Fabric to fabric it holds wash after wash using bleach and fabric softener. Pricey but worth it.

Good adhesive.
This is a very good adhesive that works for most things I have tried. It did not seem to work well for a fiberglass bathtub. It is wonderful for fabrics because it does not need heat to seal.

This is great tape. It worked wonderfully for a doll house I restored. I used it to install ceiling wallpaper and other things in the doll house as well. Also use it in notebooks and scrapebooks. So much nicer than scotch tape.

What's not to love! The worst part about these double sided tapes is the difficulty in removing the paper. And pulling the glue off of your project like renegade fly-paper. This paper back zips right off. I use it to attach trims to draperies. This is a lifesaver!
