It works nicely; the light dimming could be improved.. for easier operation.

I bought this remote three years ago, and have never had an issue with it, still works fine.

I used this product to replace a broken remote control and it worked well. However I also replaced a remote control for a fan by the same manufacturer using a universal kit that adds the ability to set the fan to run at a set temperature besides the three speeds plus the ability to add a future light kit for just a little more money. If I had known this earlier I would hand bought the more expensive kit for not fans.

Works perfectly with my fan. If you've got a fan that's compatible with the remote, don't hesitate to get this. It even fits in the original remote holder so that you don't have to remount the remote. For the price, I may get a second one for the room with a loft so that there's one on the wall and one by the bed. Saved me from having to replace a fan that wouldn't have otherwise been usable.

I bought an Anderic receiver for my hunter fan. Which installed very nice but wouldn't work until I bought this remote. The frequencies are slightly different. This was nice because it added dimmer control.
