These were great size ice blocks. Arrive unmade but easy to follow instructions soon had them filled and I. Freezer. Great size. Would buy again/recommend.

This is my second pair of these ice packs. They are a great size for a medium to larger cooler.

I read some of the reviews about this product leaking, but decided to purchase it anyways. The 1st thing I did after filling it, was shake it to mix it, but also shake it to see if it would leak. Sure enough it was leaking, but I figured out very quickly why. Edge of the opening is unfinished and is very raw looking. I fixed the issue simply by taking a razor blade to the unfinished edge. Afterwards, I tightened the cap as tight as I could get it, shook it again and it was fine. It is now in the freezer waiting to freeze.

I bought two of these to go in my lunch box for daily use. I travel a lot for my job and often my lunchbox stays in my car in the heat. These ice packs keep my lunch cold for hours.I live in the South, and have not yet tried them in full on summer heat, but if they perform half as well in the bad heat they will be doing very well. ***I bought these ice packs in the spring. It is now August. These ice packs have still performed well, but definitely don't last 24 to 48 hours in a canvas lunch bag. Maybe a good 10 to 12. They might last the advertised time in a cooler. I haven't tried that. The moisture in the gel seems to evaporate some over time. I havent attempted to add more. So I don't know if that's even possible.***I additionally will cover my lunchbox in a jacket or blanket while it's in the car and that helps insulate it and keep the cold in the lunch box. Just a handy tip there!😉

Wow. I was at first a bit skeptical about these blue water type ice packs because they are not very large, use a lot less water than I expected and take a pretty long time to freeze, but boy was I wrong. Once frozen they stay that way for a long time. They were the last thing to thaw in my cooler days after I placed them in. Have been camping for about 2 weeks and these lasted for nearly 5 days with the cooler kept in my jeep (bears you know). Very happy with the way they lasted, the amount they kept things cold, the little bit of room they take up and the fact that they don't add water to the cooler. Not only do I recommend these I plan on getting more and encouraging my family to get them if I don't just gift them these for various occasions. Definitely a good product.

This is a well built ice pack in a very handy 2 lbs size.Customer service at Kona is the best.My cap didn’t “click” as mentioned in the instructions but it seems to be functioning well and is not leaking.

The freezing part of this device doesn't last as long compared to the more expensive, and also a bit heavier, Yeti models. It still works pretty well, but I recommend buying them in two's vs. trying to only have one cool your food or drinks.
