Excellent quality intercom system
Pleased with the Sena 20 evo so far , easy enough to fit, went in both mine and my wife's helmet with the clamp system with no issues.Sound quality is very good.I think generally I will be using it as an intercom , will answer the odd call and perhaps play some music, this seems reasonably straight forward without too much hassle. Some of the actions to operate it seem quite tricky with gloves but may get better with use.The only thing I've had very little success with is the voice recognition, it seems to register the words speed dial but never seems to dial the correct number. If I say speed dial 1 it dials 3, if I say speed dial 3 it will dial 2, very frustrating, for the cost I would expect better.

Brilliant
I had this as an investment to be able to communicate with my partner when we went out on his bike. It was really easy to set up and the instructions were very easy to follow. The sound is clear and the fitting is nice and you can’t feel it at all in the helmet. An excellent buy and has not caused me any issues.

Worth the buy
It's an amazing piece of kit the speaker up grade will be needed if you have a loud exhaust or like max volume but it's still really easy to hear, the call function is brilliant people can't even tell I'm on my bike! The build quality is solid the bracket won't budge.Installing the kit is easy!Functions are tricky to get use to for me atleast but still pretty straight forward

Awesome for commuters
I bought this recently and have done a review of it on my YouTube channel - Techmoto (the one with a picture of a helmet on a beach). I spent a while pondering the cost of this before purchase - but now I have it, it is well worth it. Sound quality is exceptional and easy to fit to any helmet.

Intercom failure - Sena 'S20 Evo'
This product was easy to fit inside a flip-front helmet (X-Lite X-1003). The Sena was used to listen to Sat-Nav voice prompts and bike to bike intercom. Sat-Nav voice prompts were satisfactory but the bike-to-bike intercom continually dropped out whilst in use. No particular obvious reason for this glitch but the intercom would suddenly switch itself off, then back on randomly. All usual checks were made, ie wiring , battery, microphone, headphone connections etc etc. Nothing to see.So, what to do? As usual when things go awry - Google it! Sure enough - there were absolutely endless complaints on the internet about exactly the same Sena models and symptoms, worldwide. All complaining about the same fault, and (in general) the absence of any help or interest from Sena.Amazon were absolutely brilliant in accepting the intercom back for a full refund, without any quibble at all, even though it was right at the end of the Sena 2 year warranty!Shame, because the Sena brand is well known and reputable worldwide. As a result of my personal experience with a Sena product, I would be highly unlikely to purchase another Sena ever again.

fortunately I had a friend who already had one so ...
Fast efficient delivery, install takes a bit of working out with alll the bits in the box, fortunately I had a friend who already had one so install and setup for one helmet only took us two hours, with tea breaks in between

Generally pretty good
I like this, it's a nice bit of kit. However, having had it less than a year it's started to crackle, drop connections and if I touch it it acts as though there is interference. Too late to send it back sadly, not convinced it's worth the money tbh.
