OptiPlex 7020 SFF Desktop PC Computer i7 4770 16GB RAM 500GB SSD + 500GB SSHD Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

Excellent desktop at a reasonable price. I have bought two from Compuzone and each was in very good condition - you'd hardly know they had been used - no scratches or blemishes. Comes well packaged and protected. I'm no PC expert so I can't comment on the quality of the internals but they appear clean and like new. Lightening fast. Windows 11 pro pre-installed. Loads of usb ports - 6 on the back and 4 on the front. Two Display Port slots (but no HDMI slots) but they provide a Display Port to HDMI adaptor cable. No internal wifi but they provide a wifi usb dongle. The second one I bought would not boot. Rang Compuzone and immediately got through. Zack talked me through trying to boot up the PC over the phone but to no avail (apparently I needed a keyboard with a wired USB connection which I don't have). He promptly arranged for a replacement to be delivered and for the original PC to be collected at the same time. The replacement (exactly the same spec) arrived 24 hours later and booted up immediately. So full marks to Compuzone for customer service!

I received my PC well packaged and it worked perfectly for a da before it went into a cycle of not staring properly. I messaged the seller and Zak soon got in touch. He said it was highly likely to be an issue with one of the sticks of RAM. Even though these were new, I know they can occasionally be problematic. He was most apologetic and offered to accept the PC as a return and redeliver it with the RAM changed, or to just send me the RAM if I was happy to change them myself. I was happy to do the latter as I've done it plenty of times in the past and is quite a simple task. Good to know they will do it for you if the customer is less tech confident. The RAM arrived, is installed, and the unit is working perfectly (I gave it a good week just to be sure before leaving this review). Overall, a really good product at a really good price, with exceptional customer service. I would have no hesitation from recommending.

This is my second renewed desktop pc from Amazon. I thought the first one was good, this one is amazing. On receipt, if it hadn't been for the fact it was an old style Dell desktop, I would have thought I'd been sent a brand new PC. This pc was immaculate, not a scratch, not a dent, not even a spec of dust. I plugged it in and it only took seconds to arrive on the screen. Windows 11 already installed. It is an absolute dream to use, fast, things definitely get done quicker with this pc opposed to my previous one and I really liked the previous one. The reason I changed it was because I couldn't get the install of Windows 11 due to something that cropped up when it was checked. It would have only received updates for another few years. The only thing I disliked about my old one was it was quite noisy. This new one gives off no sound whatsoever, you can hear a pin drop. I really love it and for the money paid I feel it was definitely a steal. It was supplied by SEremarketing and I cannot praise them enough for the job they have done on refurbishing this unit. I purchased it early May and have deliberately waited until now to leave a review. I know you don't always know what you are going to get when you buy a refurbished pc but the price was so good and with a 12 month guarantee it was a no brainer. I mainly use it for surfing the web, shopping, music and videos. I do use a graphics package to make cards and it has worked like a dream. I definitely give this 10/10. It is not a wins 12 Computer it's a windows 10 that has been programmed to bypass the windows 11 requirements to load on wins 11. It says it's a 2022 model, it is not , the dell service package run out in 2020, these are just rejigged old Computers. Mine was bought for my son's Birthday, so I bought it earlier tested that it worked, it had a problem but we seemed to fix it, but the first time it was used for longer than 15 minutes it started running slow, I thought a win update would sort it but it will not update because it's not Compatible and so the Computer is un useable. Amazon advertises these as though they are the best, and that Amazon offers some sort of protection. Amazon keeps sending me back to this company, and they haven't replied. So Amazon have done their usual and offered their weight as a supposed reputable company to push a product that is not what it claims. You can bypass the Windows program and load win 11 on an old Computer without spending money on these. And Amazon can't be trusted to back up their Promise of supplying a Premium Product with the Amazon Promise if they make it Impossible for you to contact them to discuss any issues.

Only very occasionally used, Worked very well for a while but now fails to turn on, it just pulses on and off but get no further into the boot-up. Return window closed so I guess I'll have to get a replacement.

The first PC i received failed after 1 day, but it was collected and replaced with a second which has functioned excellently. I am very pleased with the deal which is exceptional for a very fast PC with Windows 11 pro installed. The PC is "like new" in appearance.

Good PC. Worked straight from the box. Easy to configure. Using for study & general personal needs. Very satisfied and recommended.

System is fine for the price I bought and has enough RAM of 16 GB with enough processing power of i7 4770. I recommend this for office use as a work station or as a home or small office serve as well. However the DVD re-writer has a slight problem as it need to be properly slotted before it can read or write dics but it does the job. Also it can take only one 3.5 inch hard disk drive.

I bought the unit in June 2023. By the end of December, it got a blue screen error, and the PC wouldnt turn on. I called customer service for help with the tech team, but they said to find a repair shop near me. I'm surprised because it hasn't been that long since I got it, and I don't use it very often. Now I found out that the SSD with my operating system installed has the problem.
