I bought these for my husband for when he’s at work. He’s used them two days in a row now and both cups have leaked out of the bottom around the crimped seam. We did an “experiment” last night and placed a cup filled with liquid on a plate… this morning it was soaked! Do NOT buy.Update: The seller read my review and offered me a replacement or a refund. This is sound customer service!

The cup and lids itself add a taste to the coffee I attempted to drink from it. The lid has a hint of an envelope taste which ruins the whole coffee. So now, I have to wash every lid I use with soap and water first and rinse my cups out really well. This helps but doesn’t completely get rid of that envelope like taste. Would not recommend this product and would not buy again.

these cups are not as sturdy as the last ones (different brand/supplier) get soggy quickly. i wouldn't order them again.edit: mistakenly ordered these cups again. they’re AWFUL. do not buy them unless you don’t care if the lids will even stay on, spilling hot coffee on you.

I bought these cups as a morning saver. Usually I start my mornings with two cups of coffee. However, we I do get behind on starting my day, I used my morning saver. My coffee is usually real hot, but the cups and sleeves absorb all the heat, not to mention that lid stays on the cups with no leaks. Giving this cups five thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We used these to prepare individual soup cups for our covid-friendly Christmas dinner. We prepped the cups of hot soup and put them in coolers. They stayed hot for a couple hours until we are. I gave four stars because some of the glue on the cardboard sleeves didn't hold so some fell off the cup. (The sleeve is where we marked the type of soup, so it could have made for confusion and led to the type of food handling we were trying to avoid.) There was some steam build up in the coolers, so I'm not sure if this could have been a contributing factor to the sleeves coming apart, and it should be noted it was maybe four out of 25 sleeves that came apart. Overall the cups held up well with the soup in them for so long. I was afraid of the paper getting soggy, but this was not an issue. I'm happy with the purchase and would buy again.

These cups are disappointing at best. I thought, they're just cups, right? How bad could they be? My cups came in, and though the box was not damaged, EVERY cup in the first sleeve has some bending to the bottom of the cup (see images--that's 3 different ones pictured). In about half of the ones I've used so far, this bend is enough to make the cup leak, so I have to double up, thus burning through my supply twice as quickly. A few of them have also been bent at the lip, making the lid loose and leaky. Don't waste your time or money. The first cups I bought from Amazon were awesome, but they're not available any more, and that makes me incredibly sad.

First time using these cups I couldn't finish my drink because it smelled like the cup was manufactured using recycled raw garbage in a musty basement. Yeah, it was that bad! After some experimenting I realized it's the sleeves that are the main instigator, taking on the awful stench when getting hot! Another issue is the cups are so thin that you have to use the stinky sleeves or burn your hand. Ugh, what a WASTE of money!! Can't return them now since I threw away the packaging. So please, take my word for it, NOT a good product at all!

The price is good for the amount of cups you get (lid and cardboard wrap included). The size is perfect for the amount of coffee and cooling space I prefer, too. The cardboard piece slips off easily and is so stiff that it takes two hands to put on the cup the first time. The lid is also difficult at times and I've bent the lip of the lid several times just by trying to push it onto the cup too hard when it wouldn't fit. I only wasted about 6 lids and 2 sleeves (they were glued flat, couldn't open them) out of the whole pack. Those are pretty good numbers. I really like the price of this item. I generally re-use the cup for four or five cups of coffee in the morning, but it's a dangerous game after the third cup. The bottom starts to leak. It's really a one-time use cup, though, so I think I've lucked out with how far I've tried to push it.

Either I got lucky or some people are just bitter in their reviews(?) Item arrived well packaged and in excellent condition; in good sturdy box and wrapped in a plastic sleeve. These are disposable cups hence that's how I used them ie not re using and re filling them (like some of the negative reviews have mentioned!). As disposable cups there were no issues with these cups ie used once for hot drinks and no leaks no issues, then thrown away after that one use. I needed a cup with a sleeve as I printed (stamped) images on the sleeves, sleeves were perfect for this use.Thank you again (I actually bought another 50 as they did the job).

These cups are a decent size, approximately the size of a large timmies the lids hold on well and dont leak at the seams and the cups are thick and strong. The little cardboard sleeves are a nice touch but I dont use them each time. The cups have saved a lot of hassle for early morning coffee for the commute. No more trying to get a travel mug sorted out and then forgetting where I left it. I will buy these again. Thank you.

This is a good product that came as advertised and quickly. 20 ounce cup sizes are are hard to find and this company provides them. Very happy with purchase. Thank you.
