very good brought it for my elerly mum whos blind and 89 yrs old

Large face so easier to tell time - however the sound is distorted & actual statement is confusing “the time is nine o’clock 55 minutes am” it should be as in normal speech ie 5 past 9 o’clock- & then after eg 9:30 25 (minutes) to 10 - am returning as mother in law was confused also the strap is slightly rough & cut into her wrist
