Works as described. Lights shoot from the top and bottom. It is not over bright but works as a great accent light. I wasn't looking to flood the area, I was looking to flood the wall. Worked excellent with my Hue system.

SO far so good. Great color options and connects with Alexa. Was easy to mount as was able to make it flush with Siding so it didn't lean or sag forward.

even though these are outdoor scones, we decided to use them in our bathroom as we needed lights that are water resistant, but also connected to the Hue app. They look great, but I don’t think they’re meant to Light up the whole room, they are just a little bit dim for my liking, but they get the job done. I can definitely see them being used outside as accent lights. The connectivity part of this light works just as expected. The enclosure is super high-quality, powdered metal. for reference, our bathroom dimensions are about 4 1/2 feet By 9 feet. We used two of these lights. They light up the bathroom bathroom, but not as bright as it should be.

I have 7 total exterior lights which are Philips Hue, and that doesn’t include all the hue lights inside my house. Needless to say I have a large Hue ecosystem. Model name: Hue Appear Outdoor Wall Model number: 1746330V7 Hardware platform version: 100b-11f Length of time in service: 30 months Zero functionality issues, very accurate colors, good range as they’re having to connect to the Hue bridge 75ft away and 3 stucco walls in between. These are mainly accent lights!!! They are not dim by any means but they more “torch” light downward and upward, so if you’re looking to illuminate an area further away than 5-8ft from the wall, these are not your lights. See my photo example (circled in red). Other lights picturesd are also Hue. You can see how well they color match each other. Great products! In summary… If you want rock solid functionality, perfectly accurate colors in a well built package., these are for you. Hue has other light series if you need to cast lights outward further.

These are nice, but I'm using them inside. One on each some of television and they are great.

Huge fan of Hue products. Decide to install these sconce lights inside on either side of a mirror. Purchased a wireless switch to go in the new junction box so did not need to install a physical switch (https://a.co/d/eJ1Mk0L).

I just installed this product, and I have to say overall very happy with it. Other reviewers have commented that it could be brighter, and I agree with that. I have to say, though that the Hugh ecosystem is just unmatched in this regard. I do wish they had some other more stylish options, but until another company makes a concerted effort to compete with Hue they will remain the standard. Well engineered.

I bought two lights, NEW at $192 each, on Sept 22 and received them promptly, however one of the box and light was tampered, the internal compartment which sealed the unit was missing the screws …. Was it new or not? And when I tested it, it did not work. On top of that when I returned the light, I found out that they were now at $162 each. Totally disrespectful for the consumer. I am now awaiting a NEW unit to finish my installation.
