5 Stars – Smooth, Light, and Superautomatic-Friendly
I’ve been using Cameron’s Coffee Breakfast Blend in my superautomatic espresso machine, and it’s been a great match. The beans grind smoothly, tamp well, and consistently produce a clean, light-bodied cup that’s perfect for starting the day. This blend is mild and refreshing—definitely more on the easygoing side of the spectrum. It doesn’t overwhelm the palate or leave a bitter aftertaste, which I appreciate first thing in the morning. It’s not a bold or complex roast, but that’s exactly what I want in a breakfast blend: something smooth, mellow, and reliable. For the price and the 32-ounce size, it’s a solid value. If you’re looking for a quality light roast to use in a superautomatic machine, this one is well worth trying.

For 10 bucks for medium roast 2 pounds, unbeatable. Use for espresso and French press alike
I've bought this brand a few timesIt's always been at a remarkably, almost too good to believe price point, so much so that you're left wondering what's wrong with it to make the price possibleThe breakfast roast ones, non organic, are the ones I bought most recently, at 10 bucks for 2 pounds worth. Unheard of price point for coffee, period. Especially for an evenly medium roast throughout, fairly fresh seeming though no roast date noted, and small beans that look fairly premium to the eye (yes, I know size has no bearing on anything in reality... )I've been using it to make espresso with a basic grinder and Breville espresso machine and have been suitably pleased. Simple tasting espresso blend, far from acrid or bitter. Just chocolate forward notes. Also in French press, very drinkable just plain black. I have three Mason jars I pour the beans out into, two of which I freeze and then thaw out as needed. They stay hermetically sealed, fresh as can be.How exactly is the price point possible? It's anyone's guess. I like it, though. Don't waste your money on fancy beans especially for espresso, where it'll be hit or miss in terms of actual flavor and hard to dial in and likely unpleasant and expensive to bootGet this

Very drinkable coffee at a bargain price.
This is a review of the Organic Woods and Water I should start by saying that I'm very picky, I've been roasting my own green beans for a couple of decades. My wife is less picky and she wanted me to help her find a decent coffee that took no labor. Initially, I found it too bright. After grinding finer, this really does produce a very drinkable cup of coffee at a bargain price! The finer grind balances the cup. I would also classify this as a medium roast, which is what I expected. Commercial coffee always seems to be one step darker than represented. So why only four stars? It's not a five-star cup. You can't expect it to be. This roasted coffee is less expensive than my green beans (when purchased in 20 lb quantity). But it is better than average at a bargain price. She really likes it, and I can drink it, too!

A smooth cup in the morning.
I love this particular flavor of Camerons coffee. To me it makes a cup of coffee taste more like a full bodied roasted coffee and is NOT BITTER. I've tried some of the other flavors by Camerons but this is my favorite. To me it just tastes what I always thought a good smooth cup of coffee would taste. Anyhow, I made a happy mistake with my last purchase. In my pursuit of the perfect cup of bitter free coffee I also tried french pressed with whole bean coffee so I had to buy a coffee grinder. I am so in love now. I accidentally bought Camerons Southern Toasted Pecan in whole bean and now have to grind my own. It raises the bar even more. Their whole bean is even better and I think the preground bean is great. I recommend Camerons Roasted Southern Pecan coffee ground or whole bean. They are both delicious in the morning. They do come in sealed packages but not vacuum packed. I would like to see that change. More fresher more better.

Great roast for an outstanding, bold cup of coffee
I wasn’t expecting much with this purchase because I had been disappointed with a previous bulk coffee purchase (it was old coffee and not worth the price I paid.) This coffee however, was amazingly GOOD! The bag it came in was vacuum sealed with an extended expiration date (about a year.) It smelled delicious when I opened the bag, nice and strong which is what I expected. The brew was outstanding! I used a little too much as I expected it to be generic tasting like the other coffee but it was full bodied and bold. I will be buying more!

Delicious!
This coffee is really delicious! We appreciated the great value for the amount of product received. The coffee was fresh in a well sealed bag and it smells amazing. It tasted like something you would get in a fancy coffee shop, but for a fraction of the price and without going anywhere. We would definitely buy this coffee again!

Very ordinary, but inoffensive.
The best thing I can say is that at 34 cents an ounce, this coffee is worth about what I paid for it. It is inoffensive. Sort of like Folger's back in the day. The beans don't have any particular aroma in the sack, nor does the coffee in the cup. You can drink it. It'll wake you up. I have had some awful tasting coffee that costs twice as much. But if you want a rich aroma or taste, it is best to look elsewhere and spend a little more. With Trump declaring trade war with the whole world, this may soon be as good as we can reasonably get, but not yet. At least it doesn't taste stale, like most of the beans I've bought from Amazon.
