Ideal for my use good sturdy handle to hold have not tried out yet but sure it will be sharp

Knife seems a good weight and cuts well, only had a month, so will have to give it a bit longer to see how well it holds an edge.

This is a high quality knife, weight is spot on for me, handle fits my hand very comfortably, needless to say that it is extremely razor sharp, only recently bought, so can't say whether it will be prone to rust spots, I dry my cooking knives immediately after washing, then store away & don't seem to get problems with rust spots like other people do, possibly down to letting knives drip dry for a few hours or overnight. Overall I'm very pleased & impressed with the knife.

This knife was to replace a lost one used for paring fruit and vegetables, it was used daily and never became dull. This knife was not very sharp at all, and had to be sharpened before a second use.Well presented and expensive looking.
