Needed a light for our pantry and figured I'd try something different than running electrical lines. The light base took 2 screws to install and all you have to do is twist it to take it down to charge it once you've mounted the base.Two options for light. I prefer the warm glow but it does have the cool setting. I wouldn't mind the warm being a bit brighter but all in all a very nice light.

Fixture started out with stronger light, but only sensed motion after closing and opening closet door several times. After the first charge (2.5 months later), the lighting was a lot dimmer right of the charger.This light does not do the job of lighting up my elderly brother's "pantry" in a small closet! Spend more money on one with a warranty.

This is what I've been needing for a long time, in my dark closet, a light that doesn't have to be wired, shine as if it was and work according to how it's stated. I've purchased other lights with similar functions that didn't make the cut. I've had the light less than a week and 🙏 that it keep working the way it suppose to, I gave it a 4 star due to lack of time I've had it, I'll say purchase it, it really gives it a illusion that it's a light that was already there.

I bought this as an overhead light for a dimly lit breakfast nook area in our apartment that doesn’t have any nearby outlets. The light is plenty bright enough to illuminate the space, and the rechargeable design is super convenient. However, the energy saving design completely prevents the light from working if the room is even slightly lit by the sun. We are unable to get the light to turn on at all unless it is after sunset, which defeats half of the purpose of using the light. I wish it had some way of turning this feature off, or that there were a remote to manually turn the light on or off regardless of motion.

Easy to install. Took a few hours to charge battery to green. Placed in dark pantry. Works perfectly. Open the door and bright light illuminates entire pantry. Close door and light goes out in a minute or so.

This a bright light that works great, however, my unit's light/motion sensor failed, so the light would not turn off. This happened a year after purchase.

I put it in my pantry. Whenever I open the door, it lights up. I charged it about 1 month ago and it is still going strong. My kids go in the pantry for snacks countless times a day. Great buy!
