Small charger for traveling with 2 charging ports
This charger is smaller than the OEM charger Microsoft provides so great for traveling. Plus it has 2 charging ports (USB A and USB C) and the Surface cord can be removed. So 2 more pluses over the Microsoft OEM. One nitpick, which is why it got a 4 vs 5, is that the plug doesn't fold into the charger, like so many other chargers do. Most of the other reviewers bought this specific charger for traveling with their Surface so would be nice to fold the plug in. Even better would be including with multiple plug types (US, UK, EU, India) but at minimum, would need a folding US plug to get a 5 from me.

Works great on Surface Pro 7, not bulky, quick charge
Very nice and versatile adapter. This works to properly charge my Surface pro 7 just like the OEM did, but not nearly as bulky as many other offerings. Also works well to power other USB-C items (other cables not included, but not expected). Highly recommend.

Great backup power solution
This Surface Pro uses a lot of power, so I wanted a 2nd power source so I can keep it charged when I use the tablet in a different location. This charger (particularly when including the cord) is more compact than the stock one, but seems to provide the same amount of power. The cord has a light on the end, like the original Microsoft power cord. It's brighter than it needs to be.The only negative I have is that a couple of times, I found the power light flickering. I disconnected and re-attached the cord, and it went solid. I think this is a sign that perhaps the cord is not as tight-fitting into the power slot as the original, but that's just a guess.The use of USB-C makes it flexible enough to use with other devices, so you're not just stuck with using it with the Surface (except for the cable, of course).

Not Worth the Cost
I could not charge my surface and my phone at the same time despite the two ports on the block.
