Great name, and that's about it. The favor was more along the lines of bold, bitter, and fruity. Used a Chemex pour over with a kettle at 205 degrees at a 18:1 (water to coffee) ratio

A lot of these reviews are lying- there is zero bite. People who have "robust" or too busy... This coffee is the best I've had in a long time.
