My skin was very dried being on a tretinoin, I have been using cicalfate cream that supports the skin barrier and helps to hydrate after the tretinoin, although it helped it wasn’t enough, I added this serum to my routine in the mornings and in already a week and a half I can see a big difference on my skin hydration. The only thing I don’t like about this product is its smell but I can pass it because of the results I’m having.

Great ingredients

The product doesn’t feel like a traditional “serum” so I was skeptical that it would do anything for me. I have been using this once daily, as the first thing I apply on my clean skin every morning, for about three weeks.I took a picture today, and although I don’t have a before pic, I want to show the fine lines around my eyes are almost gone (unless I smile 😊). My forehead lines are also very much improved. My skin tone is evening out. I am 44 and my skin looks younger and more supple than it has in 10 years. I was mistaken as my 22 year old daughter’s sister, and a few days ago, I was carded at a restaurant. Granted, I don’t think I look that young but it was nice nonetheless.It is not greasy and absorbs quickly. It has only a very light scent, which is barely discernible—great for those who are sensitive to odors. It’s a great value for performance.

First off for the one review saying this product is not authentic that is not true and it seems like they accidentally ordered the serum (which is yellow in color) instead of the moisturizer (which it white in color). Both come in very similar packing so it’s easy to confuse them.I have dry skin already and since moving to Arizona my skin has not been happy. Very dry, peeling, painful since the humidity is so low. This product instantly relieved some of that and in combination with a humidifier it has cleared up most of the peeling sensitive skin in about a week.

I like how this hydrates my skin but it’s not worth the smell; there’s definitely a fish smell

I started adding this as the 2nd step to my skincare routine after the Paulas choice exfoliant, then the Paula’s choice youth extending moisturizer and my skin has truly never looked more radiant and glowy. I wish I could give this more stars. I instantly went and bought more products from Paula’s choice. I am fully brand loyal now

If you're considering buying this, then you already know the Paula's Choice brand and the quality that they stand for. You also should know that they don't make outrageous claims about what their products can actually do. So it's a bit difficult to determine how well they live up to the more realistic claims like "fortifies and nourishes skin" because how do you measure these things? I'll trust the company to design their products well and hope that they are doing what they claim. I can say that my skin looks GREAT, I have had no adverse reactions to this serum, it goes on beautifully, absorbs quickly, feels great, and my very sensitive eyes have not had any problems when I put this on everywhere on my face (yes, even on my eyes). Definitely a keeper in my skin care routine.
