These made my extremely uncomfortable work shoes bearable to wear. 1 unit is a whole bag of them, so don't buy 2 units.

These help
These help with bunions. They slip on well and are comfortable to wear when with socks and shoes (as long as the shoes are not too tight). They do indeed provide pain relief and allow bunion sufferers an extended amount of pain relief when on their feet. They are washable and reusable (we got 3 to 5 uses before the gel started to break down). The only real issue we had is they tend to cause the area to sweat and these do not breath that well so there was some very minor chaffing and man do they smell bad after sweating (thankfully the smell washed away). A minor price to pay for the amount of pain relief (there was never and blistering)
