These are true to size so if your a medium buy a medium. I bought a small even tho I usually wear mediums because I wanted everything to be tucked in and it def is snug you can take the pads out and just wear them as a body shaper it does go right over my belly button!! Very cute for the price!!!

I like that you can wear this with or without the padding. Personally, I like it without since it does give you a nice tight look all around. Based on sizing chart, I was a Medium but I ordered a Small and I'm glad I did because the fit was perfect. Highly recommend this if you're wanting an all around smooth look.

Butt enchanter pads were very slim. The bottoms do a good job of control, but don't bet on these to add a boost to your booty.
