item was damaged and used sent to my house it was insane how someone could do this type of fraud it was damaged old and used cooler my parents was about to go to police it is insane service

Motor got faculty within a month of usage
I am using this cooler for 2-3 months now.. a very good purchase but the motor stopped working in a month. Motor was replaced within one business day as the product is in warranty.. i am satisfied with the cooler

Excellent Cooler for Extreme Cooling.
This Product offers an Excellent Cooling and very effective and efficient for a big room and hall, air throw is good and definitely you'll need blanket it's cooling is good but quality could've been better of the body if you can care it's good quality.

Cooling is good but built quality is pathetic. Crompton has used lowest level of plastic available in the market.

Worst customer service….
Don’t buy….. Every month you will have problems. The day one I purchased this cooler there always some issues. Worst customer service they will never pick up your call. I will not recommend at all. Part start breaking water pump not working. Very disappointed with this product and with customer service.
