It takes getting used to these fly swatters. They are flexible and will bend a lot while swatting. Also, the head is plastic, and it will eventually crack apart. But they are cheap, so you do get your money's worth. The get enough speed, you need to hit them while accelerating. You can't flick your wrist and expect to tap them like you're throwing a jab. It flexes too much so it won't generate enough whip action, meaning it will be too slow on impact. You need to follow through and slam them with full force. This means you need to wait until they land on something sturdy, like a counter surface. If you hit it while it lands on your fine bone China teacup, your will probably crack the cup or saucer. And if the fly lands on your wife's arm, then she's going to be really angry, especially if you miss the fly and she thinks you were aiming for her. You know what I mean. If you do want to stiffen the handle, then you can wrap it with a couple layers of duct tape. Wrap the whole handle really tight.

Cant complain. Cheap and do the job. Pretty sure it comes with so many in pack since the break easily. If you want a lasting scatter, this isn't it.

I prefer this style of swatter with the really close spacing and fully plastic. The ones with the metal handle are harder for some people to control when they swat and the holes on those ones are far enough apart that you'll miss a bunch. The pricing is on point with the new "dollar" store pricing and these are a much better product. The handle is thicker so if you have a bigger hook you might have to make a string loop on it to hang it but worth it for a better k/d with the flies in your home.

Breaks easily. Top part is rounded making it difficult to hit a bug/fly on a flat surface.

We like to brace our screen door open on nice days but it allows the flies and bugs to come right in with the fresh air. We didn't have even one fly swatter so I ordered this pack of swatters and they have taken care of the fly problem. The plastic quality is good and sturdy. I have killed many of the black flies and some fat fruit flies too that were on the wall. Now I have a swatter in each room and I am so happy to have solved my fly issues at such a good price and I love the bright fun colors. If you need a new fly swatter get this one it will work for you.

Great for spanking cat booties! That’s the only reason I bought it 😂 but do it lightly! Hard spanks can actually damage their nerves.
