This pan is amazing. This is the best non-stick pan I ever owned. Clean up is less than 30 seconds.

I've bought the Wok version of this and fell in love with it and decided to buy more. I've been seeing Gordan R. promote these for months on Facebook and Instagram and started looking at them... the cost of his are insane. I decided to give the Wok version a try and just see if it's actually up to the hype. UM --- IT'S THE BEST --- UM --- PAN EVER and this one is just as good!!! I've cooked burgers, eggs, chicken, cooked mac-n-cheese, steaks, and oven cooked a roast in it and NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING STICKS. It's heavy duty and feels like a really nice piece of cookware. I'm surprised to find myself writing this review, but it needs to be known that the cost of this pan is 1/10 that of the Gordan R. version and I can't imagine it being better. In use for about 2 months and I've bought the other pans now as well.

I bought Hex Clad but I had to send it to the shop to get something fixed anyways I bought this as a backup I just tried it for the first time I made sure it was nice and oiled heated up first then I put my four egg mixture in there made a perfect omelet flipped it in the pan perfectly cooked very excited and I cooked my heirloom tomatoes and my jalapeno right afterwards and the same pan no more oil perfect washed it perfect very impressed
