I didn’t expect much from these, but they work exactly as advertised. I have a feral cat who has been spraying on my porch furniture for weeks. I bought the spiky scat mats and the orange oil deterrent spray and while they slowed the cat down, they didn’t deter him. Since I put these alarms out last week, the cat hasn’t visited my porch even once. They are the perfect volume where they don’t bother my neighbors, and they’ve assured me that they can’t hear these from their homes. Yes, the gunshots are so distorted that they sound kind of cheesy, but I really only needed the dog bark sounds anyway. They seem to go off either when someone passes within 6 feet of them, or when there is heavy vibration, like a truck passing. A passing cat is enough to set them off if the sensor detects them, but they are not set off my blowing leaves.

One worked when we set them up but stopped after getting wet. The other never worked. Ordered replacements and they stopped when they got wet too. Also, randomly went off but not consistent with motion.

They work fine until the deer get used to them

they are well made, charge by solar or usb and charge lasts a long time, also holds a charge when not in use, scars off critters like deer and cats(and people) but will only fool a Racoon once, after that they just ignore it

I take these with me camping. I sleep in a tent or in the back of my truck in a ARE topper. Put them outside of my sleeping area. They work great to alert you that someone/something is in your camp. They have dogs barking and gun shots. Now this is not going to fool anyone because they are obviously recordings, but they are just loud enough to wake you up but not loud enough to make them annoying or scaring the crap out of you with a piercing alarm in the middle of the night.

Works well as a deterrent for all animals.

These are great lol Keep the deer from eating everything. Scares the you know what out of me when I forget they're there and I go past. Not so loud to annoy the neighbors. Worth the money.

Don't work when it's cold. Batteries die in a few hours. Just damn it, wasted $$.

They are great. Well made, bright and loud. Fully charged too when upon arrivsl. So far, its now been 3 days have not seen Deers around and hanging around my yard and garden munching on my plants specially my Hostas. As they are loud, i had place them far enough from the house. And so perfect. Only got the pack of 2 for the back ares so I will get another pack for the front. Thank you for your great and prompt service.

I installed these two nights ago four of them if A mouse farts they go off there are extremely sensitive really too sensitive. I bought them for my summer home to keep the deer from eating all my trees and vegetation is all they will do is keep you up all night and when you finally get to sleep the neighbors will sneak over and smash them to get it quiet Now after 2nd night outside they are completely dead. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK SORRY TO SAY BUT JUNK

I bought two such alarms, and on both of them the sound-making feature ceased to perform after about six months, rendering this product useless.
