Fantastic, life-changing product
I love this headrest. It is way too expensive but I cannot imagine my HM chair without it.

Recent QC issues: Mesh fabric is drooping
The media could not be loaded. The photo says it all. The fabric on the first headrest I received was so loose it was uncomfortable. I contacted the seller and was advised to exchange it with Amazon, which I did. The replacement was even worse in this respect. I thought instead of trying my luck with another H4, I'd cough up the $180 for the new H5 model. That did not turn out well.First, I'm 6'2" and it's too short for me when I sit up straight. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 6 feet tall.Second, it is made of far flimsier plastic. It has popped off my chair three times and I have now got it fastened down as tight as I'm willing to go (I'm afraid tightening it any further will damage my chair).Third, the curvature of the H3 and H4 headrests has been all-but eliminated, making the H5 substantially less supportive and far less ergonomic, in my opinion. It is easy to feel one's head resting on the plastic instead of the mesh.Fourth, while I appreciate a little bit of flexibility, the H5 is made of plastic so flimsy I feel like a bobblehead. (See the video attached to this comment.) The excessive flexibility also contributes to my not being able to set it high enough: Because it flexes 2-4 inches backwards just from the weight of my head, I have to set the headrest to jut out so far to get it into a reasonable position when under load that I lose an inch or more of heigh. The mesh on the H5 is, at least, taut. But it is also scratchier than the H3 and H4, which already felt cheaper and scratchier than the Aeron chair mesh.I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this has been super frustrating. I expected better quality with a headrest that costs more than most office chairs.(Edit: Adding a photo to show where the H5 comes to on my neck with its height adjustment fully extended. Obviously, this is going back.)

Headrest has increased the comfort of my Herman Millar Aeron chair significantly
I like this product, It was more expensive than other offerings. I chose it because it had an additional ability to tilt forward and backwards unlike most others that lift up and down and rotate. I felt it important to adjust the position of how forward my neck would be in relation to the surface of the chair and my neck.In leaning back into the headrest the fabric slipped from it's original mounting position and is now slack, while this is disappointing for a $200+ aftermarket add-on. Their service team has been quite responsive and says their is a replacement on it's way. I find the soft spot to be quite comfortable, so while it's not as nice looking it may turn out to be more comfortable than when the fabric is tight. I'll know once the replacement arrives. I'm hoping for the best. They have a decent support portal on their website that keeps our communication in one place. I'lll update this review if there is more to add.Worth noting, I am a 6 foot person so I chose the H4 version which was more expensive. I don't think the additional height is necessary unless you are significantly taller than 6' as the highest position is not useful.

Must have for HM chairs
Your HM chair miss 50% comfort without this headrest. Took me less than 10 minutes to install and made adjustment to my liking. Now I can comfortably sleep on my chair while coding 🙂Make sure you READ the F manual and FOLLOW the instructions. Some people complaints the mechanism doesn't stay in place and/or loosely probably skipped the instructions :)

Failed after two years
Nice while it lasted the fabric came loose after about two years and by that point it was out of warranty with no way to tighten.

Perfect for the office
What made this a good buy was that it was a non-permanent affixture that I could place on my office chair without damaging it. It is easy to remove and adjust (you will need a fine flat head driver to adjust some parts).
