Prices are real good and these devices works great

I currently have a MR32 at home and bought this to expand my Wifi coverage. This not a US Version. It was made for use in Australia. Luckily, I have access to a smart IT team, and we use similar Meraki Products in our offices. They were able to re-provision the same to work in the US. It was a 3 step process (30-45 mintues) and needed assistance from Meraki Tech Support. Unless you prior experience with Meraki Products/Licensing or have access to someone who does, do not buy without checking to confirm that it is a US version.

Received what appeared to be a brand new AU region MR33. No one has stock anywhere right now and thought it was worth the risk despite being in US region. I followed the included instructions and had the system attached to my Meraki network and running within 15 minutes. Meraki phone support changed the region from AU to US and we're all set! Very happy I took a chance on them!

The product is registered for the AU however they send detailed instructions on how to change the country code to US, recently purchased two of these and also purchased another almost a year ago. Works as described. It is a Meraki product so it does require a cloud license, if you are purchasing Meraki you should know that and plan on purchasing a license separately or have one available in your dashboard.

total setup/install time was less than 15 minutes. Brainless an easy setup. Great protection and features. Range is only about 75-100 feet (no walls). Forget about going through more than 2 walls. Unable to have it reset time on known mac leases.

This is a perfect AP if you are in the retail setting or if you are interested in foot traffic in or around your premise. Pros: Easy to install and setup Location analytics allow you to track foot traffic Good solid performance Small foot print and looks really good Cons: TCO is on the high side but can be justify with the amount of data Meraki Cloud offers I have been using Unifi APs and love it so much because of the extremely low TCO and its solid performance. So, when I first get my hand on the MR33, I have a very high expectation to it because of how much it cost per AP and the Meraki license. And Meraki does not disappoint me. When I first take it out of the box, it feels solid and well build. The attention to details is impressive. It even has a build in leveler on the mounting bracket. Setup was easy, as soon as I plug it in and login to my newly created Meraki Cloud account. The device was already there waiting for me to configure. Less then 10mins of configuration and I have a functional AP with multiple SSIDs / VLAN tagging and build-in radius authentication. The build-in splash page for guess wifi looks professional right out of the box and I assume customizing it shouldn't be too difficult. Overall, this is the Wifi solution any IT professionals or Network Engineers should know about if they are to deploy an enterprise class Wifi.

I ordered what I was told was a NEW Meraki MR33 in its original packaging with mounting hardware plate kit. What showed up was a sealed static bag with a USED MR33 inside and NO ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR MOUNTING HARDWARE. LAME!

Love the portal and customizations, and how easy changes and metro monitoring are, but so far I can find a way to increase the upload speed from the 1Mbps Speedtest shows I'm getting. Hooking to the Fios wifi directly shows 30x faster. Not sure where the throttling is coming from. This is my only complaint.

Ordered from Amazon UK for use in the UK, attempted to add to Meraki setup: Cannot add an ACMA (AU) regulatory domain to a CE (GB) regulatory domain network. So clearly for another region.
