Even though the fabric is somewhat tough and the overall quality seems fair I experienced the following the very same day I received the product. Once I placed the instrument (tambora) inside the the bag I proceeded to close the vertical and horizontal zippers (bag sitting upright) and they closed fine, but when I tried to pick up the bag by the top handle one of the horizontal zippers lost its grip and came apart. Now I can't get its teeth to engage and close again. Basically it is ruined. Definitely a design flaw. If I can't figure it out how to fix it I will have to return it.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Just arrived today and I put the zipper off and the zipper broke in half!!!!! Cheaply made. Not worth the money at all!
