Fitted to my Triumph Speed 400. A bit fiddly to fit but that might’ve been the Triumph’s own bars/grips that were slightly too thick for the replacement heated grips. Got there eventually. Must say, they are great. Love the integrated controls. Just looks so much neater than a separate controller on the bars. Great mix of settings to suit the conditions. First test was in North Scotland through very heavy rain when my summer gloves couldn’t cope with the wet. The heated grips had enough setting options to keep my very wet and rapudly cooling fingers lovely and toasty and keep the circulation going. I have connected these grips direct to the battery as Triumph advised that connecting them into the wiring loom would effectively void my warranty should there be any issues. So far, not a problem as long as I remember to turn them off when stopped. Not tested the low voltage auto turn off as I’d rather keep my bike’s battery in tip top condition as it seems the auto off function only works once battery has drained a considerable bit. Definitely recommend these Ultimateaddons grips over the other leading brand which I’ve used and enjoyed previously. Price is favourable too.

I am so impressed with these heated grips. They're a great product and reasonably priced. They were really easy to fit and there wasn't a lot of wiring to hide. The five heat settings make it so easy to get the required heat and is nicely placed with an easy feel switch.

These are smart and comfortable,the clutch side is a very tight fit and needs persuading on and they are significantly larger outside diameter than standard.you also have to be careful the on off switch on clutch side doesn't get in the way of using indicator,but otherwise very good

I fitted a pair of these (identical but different brand name) on my last motorcycle and was keen to put the same on my new bike. Found these on Amazon rather than having to order from the states again. The control switch is on the left hand grip and means you don’t need to remove your hand to change settings or switch off. Also if desired can be wired direct to, and will turn themselves off before they flatten the battery. There are 6 different heat settings indicated by a multicolour LED beside the switch. These are plenty hot even through leather gloves and despite the fact I don’t have hand guards on this bike to deflect wind away from my hands. These grips don’t add much thickness to the handgrip size and the grips themselves have a nice grippy finish. Cable length is more than adequate,(my bars are quite wide) and connectors are of a good quality. Fitted and wired within a couple of hours and look almost factory fitted as they’re a well finished quality accessory.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I have had 3 different makes of grips so far but now I have found these, I have put them on both my bikes. They are the hottest grips I have ever owned and with differing levels of heat available (a simple colour system led tells you what heat you are setting them at) they are comfortable for all weather conditions. The led colour is easy to see when riding and with one button to cycle through the heating levels, easy to use. They are also really well made so the grips look like grips rather than add-ons. Decent price too for what they are. If you do wire them directly to the battery, you just need to remember to turn them off! If you wire them to the lighting circuit then you won't have an issue, but as I have said, the led is so easy to see, I have never left them on. Yet.

Firstly, all the existing videos give the low down on these grips so I will only add a few pointers. The switch to select 'on' and the heating settings requires very little pressure to operate. To prevent accidentally turning the grips on it may be worth considering installing a 'master on' switch between the battery and the grip's supply. I decided to route it through an ignition switch controlled supply as the risk of leaving the bike with the grips inadvertantly switched on could result in a battery without the power to start the engine (the grips auto cut off voltage is between 11 and 12v). The grips can pull 4A on max heat setting, if an ignition controlled option is used it would be essential to check the fuse rating for the circuit from which you take the supply or wire a second circuit through a relay. The grips were a very tight fit and required driving onto the throttle tube (which I removed from the bike) and the clutch side handlebar with a mallet. Connecting the grips to a battery and letting them heat to maximum made it slightly easier to drive them home. The glue supplied with the grips is reputed to be a super glue type and if I had used it I may not have succeded in driving the grips home before it set! Overall, these grips are very neat indeed, as there is no bulky or cheap-looking controller to mount in plain view, which in my view makes them well worth the extra cost.

Easily installed, much cleaner looking on the bike than the older units with a control box. Good value grips.

Fitted to my Moto Guzzi v7 iii very pleased with the look and quality. Took about an hour to fit and a lot tidier than other makes having integral controls with bright leds for heat levels. Also hotter than others I have had.
