Sleek, Secure, and Super Comfortable
The Peak Design Cuff is hands-down one of the best wrist straps I’ve used. It’s incredibly comfortable, with soft yet durable materials that feel great even during long shoots. The quick-connect system is brilliant — fast, secure, and super easy to swap between gear. I also love the magnetic clasp that keeps the strap tidy on my wrist or out of the way when not in use. It gives that extra peace of mind without adding bulk. Stylish, functional, and built to last — a must-have for photographers who like to keep it minimal and secure.

A truly marvelous camera accessory
Over the past few months, I’ve been testing more and more camera gear. The wrist strap is something I never really thought much about until my time with other Peak Design products. Learning how all of their straps work together via their unique Anchor Link system really made me take notice of them and the wrist strap they call the Cuff. When taking my camera on and off tripods, sliders, neck straps, monopods, and now, wrist straps, I like to find ways to cut down on the time between swapping devices. It has been a priority to me. This is the main reason I switched from the Bogen/Manfrotto quick release plate to the ArcaSwiss style quick release plate systems and the same reasoning I have for switching all my straps over to Peak Design straps. I save time and hassle by using the products from Peak Design and it is outstanding. The Cuff is a low profile wrist strap that can be worn as a bracelet so that it is out of the way when it’s not in use but can be quickly applied as a wrist strap by snapping it into place with the Peak Design Anchor Link. I can go from handheld to unstrapped and back on my tripod in seconds. Because Peak Design uses a plate that is designed to work with ArcaSwiss plates I can leave this plate on my camera and switch from the Cuff to the Neck Strap to my Monopod faster than unscrewing a standard strap’s 1/4″ screw from the camera. The Cuff is made out of some incredibly strong materials. The strap features seatbelt-style nylon webbing with an anodized aluminum adjuster hardware while the connectors have anti-abrasion thermoplastic-corded Anchors. The Peak Design Clip is designed to handle over 200 lbs. The Cuff isn’t just for cameras, too. You can use it with binoculars, GoPros, rangefinders, tools, and more. What comes in the box? Peak Design includes the Cuff and two of their Anchor Links. These are a newer style and are not flat like the previous models. They are designed to be easier to clip on. The Cuff also comes with a Peak Design sticker and a small carrying pouch. I can’t really get in words how truly wonderful this is. Needless to say, the Cuff is built very well and feels like it will last a long time. The threading looks like it was tightly sewed and all-in-all, I don’t have any complaints with this product. Some people may say, “Who needs a wrist strap?” I personally feel better knowing my $3500 camera is safely attached to my wrist in the event that it gets knocked loose from my grip. It could happen easily when you are in a crowded room and trying to set up your gear or while you are breaking it down. Getting bumped while shooting interviews or just trying to take a break off to the side can cause catastrophe and having something like the Cuff to ensure that my Canon 5D Mark IV doesn’t smash to the ground is priceless to me. The Cuff might be a bit pricier than other wrist straps on the market coming in at $29.95 but because of the ecosystem that Peak Design has created, it’s worth every penny in my opinion.

Most comfortable wriststrap there is!
I bought this wrist strap for my FUJIFILM X100V, and it is the most comfortable wrist strap I have ever used! I've had a great experience with Peak Design's other products (leash and sling bags), and this wrist strap is no exception. After experimenting with other companies, I find that Peak Design's clip system the best there is on the market - very convenient and easy to swap out depending on if you need a neck strap or a wrist strap. The quality of the materials is top notch, and the sage color they used is very pleasing to the eye and the colors will pair well with most accessories and clothes. The strap is quick and easy to tighten to your wrist and the strap feels very secure on the camera thanks to the high quality materials. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a wrist strap or looking to get into the Peak Design clip system.

Highly functional wrist strap that does it’s job very well...
Excellent little wrist strap. Tightens right up around your wrist if you were to drop the camera. The Peak anchor system is great; especially if your pair this with another peak/anchor strap. Which is what I’ve done. This way you can very easily switch between wrist and shoulder strap in seconds. Wrist Strap came with two anchors, a little pouch, and a sticker. It really is a cool little strap. I don’t often go for modern straps/design, but the functionality of this paired with another shoulder strap was just convenient enough to perused me. Very happy with the wrist strap, on the fence about the shoulder strap/leash - that I’ll review separately after a bit more use. (The adjustment features are killer, but the strap feels a little thin and “eh”.) My final thoughts on this strap are that it does a very good job. I would say in most cases you are either going for style on an item like this (leather,etc...) or function, and this thing really wins in the function category. Aesthetically it looks like a car accessory. The “bracelet” feature some people seem to have trouble with.... I could definitely see it not working on some wrists. I wouldn’t buy this if that was its main selling point for you. It seems to work fairly well for me, but I only really use it when. Jump on a tripod for a shot... and half the time I’d say I don’t even think to remove the strap anyways. It pairs very well with a Mamiya 7, just on the lug next to the hand grip for just a nice safety net.

Very high quality and comfortable camera strap for one-hand-hold
This is a very comfortable and high quality, both in materials and look, camera wrist strap. Perfect for camera safety with one-hand-hold. Color also is a great match to my Peak Design camera hip bag. Would definitely buy again, Peak Design makes great quality and value products.

You get what you pay for and for this camera accessory, there’s a reason why it commands a higher price compared to others. It may seem like many other camera straps, but it’s engineered very differently, having a clever attaching mechanism that is simple but very effective, strong and seems very dependable. Since being a photographer, I have heard of Peak Design for many years and had been using a different system but was looking to change, especially to use in my professional work, something simpler but efficient, knowing how well received this new brand is. This system has a more fluid eco system and very well engineered and thought out products, so I can expand further into their products as and when needed. My only one tiny criticism, when the strap cinches on your arm, I would like an ability to somehow lock it, so does not fully squeeze around my arm, perhaps something in the next iteration. I’ll probably engineer something myself to enable me to do that for now. This is professional product no doubt and worth every penny.
