Great comfort

I got this to replace the stock insoles in my Keens (I think those are K-10) and the improvement in comfort is noticeable. These are more cushiony and feel good. One downside is that it will make your fit more snug so if your shoes are tight these would not work well. If you have loose fitting shoes then it will help to fill them out and improve the level of comfort. The sizing was perfect, no trimming needed, it just slipped right in.

These are definitely thicker than a stock Keen insole and are a nice all around thick variant but support is lacking in many respects. For some reason I was hoping this might be Keen's approach to a more "marathon" insole for long shifts at work but it didn't quite hit the mark for me when applied to their steel toe athletic shoes. If you do not suffer from acute pain in certain areas and just want some flats with a little bit more shock absorbtion these are probably fine. The material is very dense rubber and bounces back immediately once you apply and release pressure. Without sounding silly, the best way I can think to describe it is those square pink erasers you have in your stationary kit. They might be rubber but would you want a large one under your foot? Probably not. In the end I went with a heavy duty, arch support insole from a competing brand for half the price and found it to be a night and day difference for fatigue. The 3-star review is because the sizing is second to none for Keens. I love their shoes to no end and am happy to have them in my rotation of workwear but I'll wait for a different release before trying the insoles again.

The ONLY shoes I own are Keen. Street shoes and hiking boots. They are the only ones that give me enough toe room. They see heavy use and wear relatively quickly because of the dirty environment I use them in. These last as long as the originals and are a little more comfortable. Probably won't fit other than Keen, but I don't buy anything else anymore. Get the K20's. They are worth the added expense.

Love these inserts, were told about them from a gentlemen who works construction. I work security so these work great, especially if you're standing on your feet for 10 plus hours. Wouldn't wear boots without a part of these in them.

I’m on my second pair of Keen boots and walking/hiking 50 miles a week. Generally well pleased with them but I would get sore heals especially on longer walks. I’m really surprised these insoles would make so much difference. No more discomfort and has noticeably improved my walking pace. I’m an eight and a half and the insoles were a perfect fit.

These are great for turning a pair of shoes into super comfortable versions . Replace the standard footbed of your shoes with these. Great for people who are on their feet all day.

Sehen gut aus und sind auch Dick, aber das ist das Problem. Ich habe vier paar Keen Schuhe und Stiefel. Wenn ich die Sohle hineintue, dann passen mir die Schuhe nicht mehr. Sie sind einfach zu Dick. Da bräuchte ich Schuhe 1- 2 Nummern größer

Changed the out of the box insole for my Rebel IV. The thermal were always sliding in the boot. So happy, more comfortable and warmer now. Be sure to have a upper size boot because the insole is thicker.
