The media could not be loaded. I changed my rating from 5 to 4 star. I don't use it daily but when I feel the need to relief pain I could be using it more than 1 hr. It has shut off completely and will not turn back on. Not sure if it's meant to do this. I have requested to return it and would like a new one. I was excited and really want to get one for my mom.I used it for 1 hr. I felt the heat real quick. There are 3 different settings. I suggest to put on low until you get comfortable, adjust your body till you can relax. My neck and back are my problem areas and I was soar the next day, which is normal for me with all massages. It’s not too loud. It'll run for 15 min then you'll have to power back on. Highly recommend. Going to buy for my mom for Christmas.

The massage balls are strong but gentle. I can definitely feel relief. Small but big enough to massage my neck and shoulders. I love itSo I've had this now for about 3 weeks and used it about 4 times. Yesterday it stopped working. The heat continued but three balls stopped rolling. I returned it and am awaiting the replacement. I will update on the next one.So the company responded quickly and sent me a replacement. The new one is working fine. Sometimes these things happen and what matters is having a company that cares and is ready to help with the situation. I would definitely order again from them.
